Leaving 1 star because of the front desk staff. They are doing really shady things and making threats over the phone and refuse to let me speak to the dentist. Also, having an employee flip you off right infront isn’t a good look for a business.

Best customer service especially Ms Stephanie

I love this place great people great Dentist and an awesome Receptionist Stephanie is very friendly and very kind I will be coming back.

Probably 1 of the best dentist I've been to in all my life. They treat you so nice and make you feel welcomed. They do great work.

I absolutely love this place! The staff are not only super professional and knowledgeable, but they have become my family. Stephanie is the heart of the office and even though the dentist can sometimes be a little scary, the staff always makes me feel better. I highly recommend trying this place. I've been going to Dr Usita for two years now. However, now that my family has "better" insurance I came very close to being taken advantage of. My daughter needed fillings and when I asked the front desk rep what my co pay would be she gave me ONE price. When the dentist was about to put the white fillings in her mouth, I asked is that the only one she can have or is there a cheaper option? Once learning there WAS a cheaper option, I went to the front desk rep and inquired why did she only tell me one price? Why wasn't I given any options? Her response was "well it's only .... Amount of dollars" ????????.. I was completely blown away that she had audacity to say that, and she's not the one paying for it.. Overall Dr Usita is great, but because of the front desk rep, I am really considering switching dentist. I've been going to Dr Usita for two years now. Dentists at the New Smile Dentistry as well as all the employees were so professional and courteous, I recommend them for all of your dental needs.

I came in for a two-appointment root canal, and I couldn't be happier. The first appointment had no pain whatsoever and the second time the only pain was from the anesthetic shots. The nurse in the second appointment was having an off-day, but the doctor was very kind, diligent to the mistakes of the nurse, was very professional, and was very sensitive to my needs. Totally great all the way around. I feel it was the first time out of anytime ive ever been to the dentist that I was given a throughly exam. They do their best to see what it is that is important to U to take care of first.
