Dr. Vikram A. Grewal

In my first appointment his manner was great but I got no helpful information. I felt like he's only concerned with blood pressure. He basically patted me on the head and told me to relax. He did tell me I should call if I needed help any time. So I called for 24/7 help on a Sunday morning. I called 3x over 7 hours before I got a call back from a person who didn't identify himself but not Dr. Grewal. The person said, "I don't know you and I don't know your case, so I recommend you go to ER." That's not what Dr. Grewal told me to expect. About 2 weeks later I called to get an appointment and the nurse told me she didn't believe my symptoms were blood pressure related but said, reluctantly, she'd ask him and call me back. She called back 7 days later with the message that I should call my primary care doctor. That's 3 experiences with this office, all negative.

Dr. Grewal stopped in to let me know he was running a bit behind, said the additional wait would be no more than 15 minutes and then appeared within that time. That kind of attention and consideration is indicative of his overall approach. He is knowledgeable, personable, listens carefully, answers questions concisely, and provides clear steps to follow

Dr. Grewal is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He does a great job making sure he has all of the information he needs to understand your health situation and that you understand everything that's going on. His staff is friendly. He sent in a referral to a pulmonologist/sleep specialist and that office called me back within an hour. Dr. Grewal is a terrific cardiologist; I'd recommend him to anyone. I have now had two appointments with Dr. Grewal. On both occasions he paid close attention to what I told him. He never says, “You must do . . .”. Instead, after explaining my condition and the treatment alternatives, we reach a decision together.

Was first visit and he was easy to talk and discuss my medical issues and plan tests to find solutions to solve them. Overall seemed to be a very competent, personable man.

The most caring and understanding doctor in that office by far. He is the best!

This was my first visit to Dr. Grewal. I found him to be personable, well informed ,caring and most importantly willing to work collaboratively to find a personalized treatment plan instead of dictating course of treatment.
