I love Dr. Prasad.. she is a wonderful caring , knowledgeable Doctor....

This doctor is rude; her staff reflects her personality. Super high turn over. Refuses to file insurance because “ too busy” and gives illegitimate prescription and when mistake is caught, they won’t fix it and will avoid responding to pharmacy follow up and then deny the pharmacy contacted them. Makes referrals for MRI but won’t explain why !!

Hard to get someone to answer the phone to make an appointment

The staff is always eager to help and try to assist in anyway possible. I would highly Recommend this office to anyone..... .Dr.Prasad is the best doctor in Swainsboro GA. She is An Awesome Doctor she has a heart for everyone she is no fake she is very real and Ms. Megan C. Kight she is Awesome as well....

Great doctor and a caring person has

I have enjoyed working here this past year! The doctors and staff truly know how to make you feel like apart of the family!

Dr Prasad and her staff have always treated me with kindness and respect. They have gone above and beyond to care for me in several occasions.

I had the exact same experience as a previous reviewer. I spent almost an entire night in the ER but no one could diagnosed my ruptured appendix. I returned the next day and Dr. Prasad was there then and had me in the OR within minutes. We are very lucky to have such a fine doctor in our small, rural community.

My visit has been delightful, informative, and super. I love Dr. Prasad, she's my go-to. She's a great lady and I've known her since she moved to Swainsboro. She's made a great improvement to this community and the medical services here.

This office is amazing. The staff are very helpful. The providers are very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful. There is always ease of appointment scheduling. There are many ways to communicate with the staff (patient portal, text, and phones). The smiling faces are always helpful to all patients. The staff is always eager to help and try to assist in anyway possible. I would highly recommend this office to anyone.

I really enjoy Dr Prasad and her staff. They are all very knowledgeable. I could not ask for better care. There are short wait times. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Office staff is very compassionate and caring.

Dr Prasad is by far the best in town with a fantastic staff. They always return calls, respond to requests the same day, have very low wait times and will find a way to see you when you need it. Besides all that, I honestly believe she may have saved my life a few years ago when the hospital emergency room staff misdiagnosed a ruptured appendix. This doctor is very rude in her treatment of family members who seek to get a better understanding of their family member's medical conditions. I do not recommend going to this doctor.

I love this office. I am thankful for Dr Prasad and the entire team that have always taken such good care of me and my family members.

Pretty great clinic and has great rapport in the community. Sometimes the lobby may seem packed but patients are seen so quickly it never lasts for long; before you know it, it might be time to expand

This is by far the worst physician in Georgia. They monopolize the area. They overcharge for services intentionally. They don't care about their customers. Wouldn't go there if you paid me. Good ridden a to bad rubbish.

I sought a second opinion after I felt my former PCP didn't 'listen' to my health complaint. Dr. Prasad listened--and found the problem right away. She gave me medications to ease the acute problems while I waited for a specialist and further testing. Everyone at the office has been extremely caring and kind, and so I've switched my primary care to this practice.

I've been a patient of Dr. Prasad for ten or 12 years now. Having raised a family, I've seen many doctors over the years. By far, the most compasionate, caring, proffesional, approachable, dependable, honest and straight forward in the medical field, I've ever known, is Dr Vijitha Prasad. I'd describe her office staff as heads above the rest as well. Swainsboro, GA was blessed in a very big way when God sent her to us. Simply put...THE BEST!
