Dr.Thomas has been my doctor for years now and has helped me with my back problems I have and the pain I am in. He is a great doctor,Dr.Thomas , Bobby his Nurse practitioner and staff all ways treats me like family when I am there . I am thankful I have a great doctor and staff taking care of me. Dr Thomas is a very caring Doctor who does not rush you off and is very through, along with him and his entire staff make up one great team, everyone is extremely nice, Dr Thomas is very good at doing his injections and last but not least, you do not sit around waiting and wondering, when will I get called back, just and all over win win.

I have been going to the Gilead Pain Clinic for about 5 years and its a life saver. I have been diagnosed with G.B.S. and lyme disease and without them I probably would not be walking. Dr. Thomas, Bobby and Venus are terrific.

Been seeing him for yrs wouldn't go anywhere else! Only thing that bothers me is the constant change of staff.

Love this office and staff. Dr. Thomas is very compassionate, knowledgeable and explains his diagnosis of my back problem. He offers what he thinks will work and does not pressure you into anything. I was comfortable immediately in his presence. I love Venus who makes the appointments and checks you out. So friendly and warm. Nimmy assisted the doctor in my procedure and was great. I also see Bobby who is an asset to the practice. He is kind and very knowledgeable. The office is clean with a welcoming feeling. A+++++ to this practice. Love this office and staff. I love Dr. Thomas and his staff. I’ve been his patient since 2005 and I would follow him anywhere. He has been very gentle with me. He also helped me to get Social Security Disability. His staff is very knowledgeable and knows how to explain procedures, medicines and why or if a change is needed. I will never go to any other doctor, or clinic, for my pain management needs. I highly recommend Dr. Thomas for pain management, anesthesia or any procedure. He takes the time to know you, and explains everything you need to know. I love Dr. Thomas and his staff. Dr. Thomas is a knowledgeable, compassionate doctor who really listened to me when I explained my pain. He offered a treatment plan and told me to let him know what I decided. I am happy to say I took his advice, followed his plan and now my back feels great. So glad I found this doctor!!!!

Bad attitude, worst bedside manners in 50 years I've ever come across! Just awful, I could write a book on this doctor, instead I'll call DEA!!

Doctor is rude, talked down to us..is too eager to do injections, when didnt even complain of a problem,,,jumps go conclusions without listening..meanspirited...this doctor made me feel small and like a crimnal..im a 71 yr. old loving mother and grandma who is suffering from chronic pain and surgery would kill me...but pain managementwould and thankfully another moral doctor has helped.in my opinion. I started going to Dr. Thomas in 2008. I really respect him and all the help he has given me. However, his staff has brought his practice down in my opinion. In July, 2017 I was scheduled for a rhysodomy on my lower back. I came in from Texas for this procedure. We waited in the waiting room over an hour before being called back to be told that they were out of the heart monitoring pads needed to perform the procedure. I would have to reschedule the procedure. So unprofessional. Luckily a staff member realizedcthat local fire departments carry these pads and a firefighter brought some over. Then in December, 2017, I waited over an hour for a consultation for another epidural procedure only to be told I’d have to wait six weeks for the procedure. As I was sitting there patients were waiting two to three hours for their procedure appointments. The staff and the anesthesia company that Dr. Thomas uses has really changed the practices of his office. The comfort and confidence I once had is no longer there. I have gone back to his old office in Sterling Heights. So far so good. I am disappointed. I feel I lost a good friend! I started going to Dr. Thomas in 2008. Dr Thomas, N.P. Bobby, Naz and the whole staff is wonderful. Excellent doctor, everyone is professional but at the same time very kind and personal and take time with you. Dr Thomas recently helped my mom get back to walking with no pain. She is 77 and was in a severe amount of pain in her hip, was walking with a cane. After only a couple of injections she now has no pain and doesnt need a cane. Thank you so much for everything.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for at least 5 years. he has helped me immeasurably. The office staff is caring and kind. I would and have recommended Dr. Thomas to many..friends and family. my pain is under control and I am able to live a much happier life due to his excellent care!

He has helped me deal with my chronic pain illness, I have been going to him 7-8yrs. Once he gets to know you he will figure out what is the best way to my PAIN MANAGEMENT. If I have a problem I can make an appointment.

I have been going to the Gilead Pain Care for over 7 years. When I had my first appointment I was in unbelievable pain 24 hours a day, in every part of my body. Today because of the thoughtful, care from Dr. Thomas, I can function like a normal person. He changed my life 100%. The office staff always greets you with a smile and are very efficient in their work. It feels like family when I'm there. They're are always willing to listen to you. The P.A.s are very professional and courteous.

I have been seeing this doctor since 2004. He is a great doctor, I had back surgery in 2004 I have nerve damage in both legs sometimes the pain is unbelievable. I have been getting nerve burns and other shots to stop the pain. If you are in pain and nothing helps go see Dr. Thomas he is great.

Very professional, straightforward, and an awesome staff

I never write comments like this, but the care I have gotten from Dr. Thomas for several years now is so consistently outstanding that I just had to say something and hopefully help someone else needing an exceptional doctor with an unbelievable professional and office staff. Dr. Thomas has basically given me my life back. He has helped me function almost normally again, despite my severe degenerative arthritis. I recommend Dr. Thomas without hesitation and have done so even to family members.

I have been a patient of Dr. Thomas for a while now, I was referred by Dr. Kerkar who is also one of the best doctors ever!!! Dr. Thomas is a wonderful caring doctor. He has helped me for years with no meds!!!

Dr. Thomas is very careful when it comes to narcotic prescriptions. I would say it is good to be cautious at a time when there is an epidemic of narcotic addiction. I want my doctor to be looking out for my long term well being not give me what I ask for without checking. I would recommend Dr. Thomas to anyone. He is a great doctor.

Rude and he treated like was a junkie.Now I can't walk without a walker. All he could talk about my meds and I should should left not if you are in my body Some days I try to go days without them. I don't want be to a junkie.i have lupus, fibromyalgia and insulin dependent.

He's a great doctor who manages my pain,he was referred to me by Dr.Kerkar.I don't know what I would do without him,he has a great compassion for his patients and a good team that works with him.You can even joke with him and his laugh makes my day.I would'nt want anyone else taking care of me but him.Hope to have him for years to come.
