Great team, kind doctors and staff . They are very caring.

My experience was wonderful. The staff was fully engaged in my concerns. I’m excited about my next visit.

As always, the entire staff is very nice and Dr. ZAvery as well as Ivomly were great .

I always enjoy my visits with Dr. Zaveri. He is patient, kind and very funny. He always finds a way of turning a pain into a pleasure.

Great experience with Dr. Zaveri. One of the nicest doctors I’ve encountered. Answered all of my questions and gave clear answers. Also was in and out in a very timely manner.

Excellent experience!! Staff was super courteous , wait was about 15 minutes. —— I went to an ENT in my home town regarding a smell in my nose. The doctor in my home town looked up in my nostril said possible infection and gave me 2 weeks of antibiotics and sent me home. Fast forward a month later… I still didn’t feel enough was done so I went to Miami (3 hours from my town) to S. Florida ENT (Zaveri, MD) . He looked up inside my nose , put a camera all the way in and checked. While checking he found some scar tissue that explained my bleeding and saw nothing else. He also took a culture just to make sure all was good. Everything was done perfectly and I thank S. Fl. ENT for everything and I will definitely go back if I have a problem in the future.

The first thing I told them was to not do anything on me without discussing the price first. Guess what? These people had the bright idea to clean my ears with a q tip, call the procedure “removal impacted cerumen” and send me a bill for $108 a month later. $108 for something that took them 2 minutes to do, all of which I would have said no to if they had informed me first. These people are literal THIEVES. Look elsewhere, there are noble doctors out there and Zaveri and his team are not it. Simple ,the best dr

Had a very bad experience at this place. The doctor appeared to be caring, but his office continued to mislead about billing details. They failed to explain the billing charges and while I went for a diagnosis on smell loss , they recommended allergy shots . The front office gave me the phone number of their corporate office for billing. I called them 15 times and left messages, but they did not return any. I then literally begged one of the IT staff to find me someone who can respond and explain unexplained charges. I did get someone who basically told me that the front office did not know and I would have to pay up. My smell has not improved at ALL, whereas they have billed me in excess of 1200 dollars (just co-pay) . The insurance company was also astonished at their methods . Please stay away. They will talk nicely and submit late bills and not let you know . I HAD to plead with them to extend my allergy prescription 6 times, before they responded. So after 6 months of pain, ER and urgent care visits, with zero diagnosis. I finally get an appoint with this dr who I saw for 2 mins. I waited in the waiting room for 2+ hours then I get brought into a room but moved from there so dr skips me and attends to another patient. I finally speak up and the NP to dr Zaveri rudely attends to me looks at my ears tells me I have TMJ dr walks in says yeah I agree and walks out. They send me home with Tylenol!!! No anti-inflammatory no pain medication Nothing!!! Then at check out the front desk clerk and checkout clerk get into an disagreement over my copay. Dr.Zaveri is one of the most caring and passionate doctors I've met. He will explain everything to you thoroughly. However, i hope you do not have to have any surgeries because unfortunately their surgical coordinator is terrible. She is rude, condescending and has no sense of urgency- meaning she does not follow up in a timely manner. It's a shame that everyone in this office(mercy hospital) is amazing except for trying to coordinate a surgery, which really makes worse an already stressful experience. He truly cares about his patients!

Dr. Zaveri was so helpful. He immediately was able to diagnose my problem and advised me to go to the emergency room to get the proper treatment. I was feeling so bad - not able to swallow and a sharp ear pain. I received the proper treatment and got better. I’m very grateful to Dr. Zaveri and his assistant. Highly recommend Dr. Zaveri. Dr. Zaveri is the best doctor I’ve ever had. Professional, ethical, knowledgeable, extremely kind, cares for his patients, he was my surgeon years ago. He does everything he can to help his patients, takes his time in visits to explain everything. It’s no wonder he’s shadowed by so many students! It must be a delight to work with someone who’s this passionate about their career and you see it in the care for his patients. I continue to recommend him to anyone/everyone who needs an ENT. 1st visit to his office and just AMAZING.. staff is kind and he was VERY warm.. I’m picky and I read reviews... Totally on point! I went in for a clogged ear and he did a quick in office fix and I was done.. I couldn’t ask for anything better.

Friendly and knowledgeable doctor. He was recommended by a family friend and my mother and I couldn't be happier with his practice and treatment.

Dr Alexiades was great, he was thorough and had a great manner and help me understand exactly what the issue was. He explained what needed to be done and the options i had in front of me.

My appointment was at 2:30, came in at 2, writing this review at 3:15. This is horrible! I don't give a damn how good the doctor is (which he is, very good) this waiting time is pathetic. Staff is friendly.

Nice office. Doctor Zaveri is not only very good in his craft but is also very friendly and takes time to explain things in a very clear way. Recommended.

The wait is always worth it because Dr. Zaveri is awesome. He cares deeply for patients and he is highly experienced in the field. The reason we get late there is Dr.Zaveri always allocates maximum time to every patient hence chances of delay but he is a humble,noble and very helpful Physician. Once you meet him the problem is half gone with his attitude of treating you. I will never ever go to another Doctor till Dr. Zaveri is practicing ENT medicine. After 2 doctors told me I needed full sinus surgery I consulted with Dr Zaveri. He was very calming and knowledgeable and suggested that I get a balloon sinuplasty which is far less invasive. He performed the procedure which was pain free and I have been sinus infection free for 2 years. I highly recommend Dr Zaveri.

My experience with Dr.Zaveri is very old about 25 years. He is a great Physician in his field and truly very dedicated and committed. His concern and care for his patients is note worthy. I will say by his nature itself one starts feeling better. Dr. Zaveri is always going to be a great Doctor.

Don't go to this Doctor. Horrible! I waited 50 minutes to get in and additional 35 minutes until the doctor showed up prepare yourself to sit for long time
