I never met the doctor since my problem was handled by his physician assistant The doctor was not available for two weeks and I could not wait that long After my first visit they ordered a sinus scan I had a sinus scan but never got a call about my results This office will not talk medical results over the phone They want you to make a followup appointment to give you the results to make more money I found this office to be very money driven and does not give results in an efficient manner whether it be negative or positive results

Dr. Sharma is one of the best doctors. He went above and beyond to make sure my ear pain went away. Very thorough and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

This is overdue! I scheduled a new patient appointment about 4 weeks ago. I was given a prompt appointment, which was a plus not being told because I was new, I’d have to wait months! From the front staff, to the techs and doctor assistants, to Dr. Sharma, everything went incredibly smoothly. I was seen on time, and they were busy, I wasn’t rushed in any way, had all my questions answered, and left without feeling anything got overlooked or dismissed. Having been through other medical issues and a surgery over the last year (unrelated to ENT), this was truly a great experience, because I’ve definitely had a few that have been terrible in other medical offices and hospitals. It almost felt unreal to have everything go so well! Anyway, definitely meant to leave this review sooner, but many thanks to Dr. Sharma and staff, you restored some of my faith in doctor offices with my visit!

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Sharma and his entire team. I suffered from constant and severe pain in my left ear for months, until I was treated by Dr. Sharma. Before seeing him, I saw several physicians who put me on all sorts of different treatments, which only actually worsened my situation. I was beginning to fear my ear would never feel the same again and that it would affect my hearing too. Thankfully, Dr. Sharma found the root cause of my ear ache, treated me accordingly, and went above and beyond to make sure I had a successful outcome. After months of extreme discomfort, I am happy to report I am finally pain free. If you are dealing with any Ear, Nose and Throat issues, I would not hesitate to make an appointment with Dr. Sharma. He is kind, compassionate, gentle, dedicated, thorough, knowledgeable, and most importantly, accurate. My humble request to people who are thinking to visit Dr Vijay sharma office. When I visited recently. They did lot of procedure without having my concern and they informed me your insurance is going to cover. But later they sent a big bill and I get shocked and called to the doctors office they said you insurance gave wrong information so you are responsible for the bill. If you didn’t pay we will give this information to collections team. They will put you in your credit card, kind of black mailing patients. Apart from this, Dr sharma just came to say Hi, he didn’t invest time to ask what’s wrong with me . Please please don’t go to this place and don’t waste you time and money .

I came in, as a first time patient, and am beyond happy with my experience. Everyone from the front desk to the PA and doctor, were so, genuinely, friendly and helpful. Im able to hear again after a year and could not be more thankful to Taylor and Dr. Sharma.

After years of constant sinus headaches and issues, I finally decided to research ENTs in the tri-county area. I have been very happy with my decision to drive 2 counties south to see Dr. Sharma. Dr. Sharma has always done an excellent job explaining everything and answering any questions I have had. I ultimately decided to have a sinus procedure done in his office to alleviate my constant sinus issues. All of the staff was great at helping explain and schedule the necessary steps. Dr. Sharma followed up that night to see how everything was going, and was available if the need arose. I have been extremely happy that I decided to have the procedure. Chronic sinus issues had been a large part of my life for so long, I had forgotten what it felt like to breathe easily and have fewer headaches. I was also impressed with Dr. Sharma when I needed a referral for other specialties. He tries to ensure that he recommends great doctors. He even asked how the experience was with the doctors, to know if he should continue to recommend them. Very nice and clean office with amazing customer service. Highly recommend Dr Sharma. Great bed side manor and even happier with the outcome of the services.

Dr. Sharma was excellent with my son and I was very impressed with the attentiveness of his friendly staff. His use of technology and his ability to explain to us in simple terms what my son’s issues are were impressive. All around a great experience and I’ll be referring my mom who has some throat sensitivity issues.

Dr. Sharma is absolutely wonderful and one of the best ENT doctors anywhere! His expertise is unbeatable and he is so very kind and takes as much time as needed to answer all questions. His staff is lovely. And, you get a real person answering the phone! He is the very best and I highly recommend him.

Dr. Sharma and his staff are amazing! Every time I have an appointment with him, I am only in the lobby for about 5 minutes, where I relax in a leather chair and enjoy a complementary bottle of water. His nurses and assistants are top notch and they take the time to get to know you and make you feel at ease. Dr. Sharma is no exception. He has excellent "bedside manner" and always goes the extra mile to explain symptoms and remedies. If you are interested, he even will even take the time to give you a quick anatomy lesson using his camera probe so you can see what is going on with your ears, nose, or throat! At the conclusion of each appointment, I was always greeted by one of his friendly staff at the counter who quickly scheduled my next appointment(s) and called in all my prescriptions for pickup at my pharmacy. He didn’t listen to my concerns, nor take the time to read my medical history. I supplied test results, which he barely looked at, & dismissed most of my concerns.. When he asked questions, he didn’t allow me time to reply before interrupting. He rushed through visits, & brought student interns into room without asking permission or introducing them or telling why they were there. making me very uncomfortable esp when discussing private details. On my 1st visit, despite my REPEATED warnings about requiring a fragrance free area, his nurse came in wearing perfume, triggering a severe respiratory reaction requiring me to use my rescue inhaler 2x.On 2nd visit, he rushed to put scope in my nose. Explained nothing despite my apprehension. Sprayed lidocaine mix, said he’d be back in a few min. Left me for 28 min! I told him it had worn off, but he insisted it was fine. It WASN’T, & was excruciating!Charged me $290 on the spot, & dismissed me when I complained. Greedy & unprofessional.

Dr. Sharma is the best, most knowledgeable and kindest ENT doctor, and I highly recommend. My experience visiting his office has been excellent and the staff is wonderful and totally efficient. I was seen as a new patient same day as requesting an appointment online. I was seen before my appointment time, he took his time with me, never rushed or left the room, answered every question and had a wonderful sense of humor. New lifelong patient of his.

Had ear infection and was told by dr. Sharma that war was fine and didn’t need meds and then went to another dr for second opinion and was told i had a massive ear infection and needed antibiotic ASAP. Really disappointed in office and staff ability.

You know those doctors who care to follow up with you after an appointment? You know those doctors whose office staff generally care about the well-being of patients? Yeah, that's not this practice. I saw Dr. Sharma and he referred me somewhere for a hearing test as soon as possible (it was a Friday evening) in case I had nerve damage which needed to be treated ASAP. I got a voicemail from his office the next Tuesday letting me know the hearing test was scheduled for over 2 weeks later. I called them back and asked to talk to Dr. Sharma because I didn't think I should wait that long. She told me "oh it's fine". Again, I insisted on trying to confirm with Dr. Sharma. She checked with the office manager - refused to check with Dr. Sharma. I just went to my hearing test. Nerve damage!! The chances of recovery are lower now because of all the time they wasted. Yes, this is partially the office staff's fault but Dr. Sharma should make himself available to return calls.... or maybe even call on his own to see what happened with my case. Aside from Dr. Sharma's expertise and professionalism, it's his true concern for his patience that sets him above other doctors in his field. I visited a number of ENT doctors over the period of 6 years for my daughter's constant nose bleeds. They all just blew the issue off as a minor problem and it would eventually resolve itself; Dr. Sharma actually took the time to come up with a resolution to this issue. I was only in the waiting room for a couple minutes & I was even a little early for my appointment. He came up with a course of action for me involving some new treatments. Dr. Sharma referred me somewhere for a hearing test as soon as possible (it was a Friday evening) in case I had nerve damage which needed to be treated ASAP. Do not go here. Staff is completely incompetent and will cause you frustration and hassle. Doctor ordered script and a cat scan. We talked about it. He wrote it down for me on the instruction sheet and wrote it was called into my pharmacy. Staff at checkout said to give it an hour to go thru. Called the pharmacy 2 hours later. No script. Called his office and they say he didn't order a script. I had to argue with them as they thought I was lying. I asked that they check with the doc. Later staff called and said they called in the script. Then today I go back for a follow up and staff asks if I got the cat scan. I said no because staff told me at my last visit that they would clear it with my insurance and call me with the details. I never got a call. Staff said there is a note in the file that I said I don't want the cat scan and will just see how the script works. I never said that. I told them I'm done and won't be back. My visit to Dr. Sharma’s office was extremely wonderful, the front counter staff was very friendly and Dr. Sharma took his time to thoroughly explain what was wrong with me and give me all the solutions I needed to feel better. Extremely professional and friendly and is now my only choice for an ENT doctor.

Dr. Sharma and his staff were great. For the last 25+ years I've had difficulty breathing due to a deviated septum and some sinus problems; for that entire time I've been brushed off by physicians who recommend I take decongestants or use (store bought) nasal strips, something that caused great frustration for me. Dr. Sharma on the other hand immediately validated my concerns and ordered a cat scan for my sinus; after receiving my scan results, he advised me that my sinus was not an issue, instead focusing on fixing my deviated septum. The entire surgery process was painless and I could actually breath (better than ever) immediately after waking up from the surgery, even with the swelling and nose cast. One and a half hours late for first visit. Said it was unusual. I called prior to next appointment and they said he was on time. One hour late. Will not go back

Will not recommend Dr. Sharma, My Cigna website says office visit for ear wax removal is 216.00. I was charged a total of 279.70, Waited for 45 minutes after completing paperwork. Doctor examined ears and removed a little ear wax from right ear, took about 15 minutes total. When I question charges receptionist stated 216.00 for office visit and 63.70 for ear wax removal.

Dr. Sharma is absolutely wonderful! I was getting sinus infections every month for years, after testing and receiving Balloon Sinuplasty I am 100% free of sinus infections! Completely changed my health. Helps that the staff is easy and wonderful to work with!

The office staff at Dr. Sharma's office was nice. Dr. Sharia was awful!! When the pain was out of control for a procedure on my daughter Dr. sharia told us "I don't know what to tell you, go to the ER and they can call in the ENT on call to take her in the OR!" When I asked if he could call the hospital to let them know he has seen her and that we were coming in his reply was , "I don't know anybody there and I don't have any pull!" He was very unprofessional! NEVER would I recommend him!!!

Dr Sharma is wonderful! I was having serious sinus issues when I first came to him. He walked me through the entire surgical process, from beginning to end. He called me at home during my recovery and always made sure I was comfortable. He took his time with me at every visit before and after the surgery - I never felt as if he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient . And I can't say enough about his surgical coordinator, Michelle! - a sweetheart and extremely knowledgeable.
