Very rude staff I try to get an appointment but Stephanie was very rude ..behavior was very careless and I change my mind to have more appointments with them.

My wife and I have been going to Dr. Chadha for many years now and we believe that Dr. Chadha is doing be best that he can do under the circumstances. He and all healthcare providers are hamstrung by what the insurance companies will allow. And by the way; insurance companies are running the country. Three cheers for Dr. Chadha and all the other doctors who are doing the best that they can do.

Dr. Chadha, so far, in a short time is one of, (if not) the best doctor I am very fortunate to have. Since 2020, I have dealt w/ back to back illness (minor) and whereas most doctors dismissed my concerns, ignored, Dr. Chadha genuinely listened, paid close attention, provided honest feedback and guidance for future/ positive outcomes regarding better health. I've been seeing Dr Chadha for around 16 years and I couldn't be happier. He runs a very professional yet relaxed office. Dr Chadha saw my mother-in-law during her visit from out of the country when she was having issues with her medication, he was so kind that she still mentions it now after 7 or so years. Dr Vijay is very nice and friendly but the staff, oh my, most of them are very rude. People go to a Dr office to get help not to get disrespected and treated like a trash, those staff should be better than that!

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Chadha for 30 years and we LOVE him. He gives you so much time to talk through any issues. He has been very proactive in scheduling the right procedures if you have something that needs to be diagnosed. He was very quick to diagnose an issue I had with scheduling the right procedures that is very hard to diagnosed. His speed in discovering my illness actually spared me from it going to a chronic stage. I would highly recommend Dr. Chadha.

Dr Chadha has been our family Doctor since 1997. He has been excellent all these years. We hope he will continue to practice medicine for long time.

Called on behalf of a mutual patient. Receptionist Brianna was rude. Hung up in my ear as I was asking a question.

Dr. Chadha has always been attentive and understanding.

If you have an emergency he is not someone who will care even after years of knowing. Disappointing service. Staff is subpar.

Every time you want to get a refill of your prescription it's a giant deal. He won't give you a refill for a period of time so that you don't have to call back every 30 days. Won't return a call left message several days ago after going round and round with staff.

After receiving an automated message at my place of business for an unknown patient to remind them of an upcoming appointment, I called the office to alert them. Some physicians charge when patients miss appointments without cancelling within a specified timeframe. The receptionist answered and asked me to hold. I held for a few minutes, hung up and called again. She asked me if I could hold and I said no I really can't this time. It will not take long. She proceeded to argue with me saying she had someone in front of her. I said I understand, I would have finished telling you the reason for my call by now had you not argued with me. She hung up on me. Automated messaging in the first place is lazy and lacks a personal touch. Physicians make more than adequate income to pay minimum wage to an employee to call the client and allow them to speak with a live human being rather than getting or, in this case missing an automated call without knowing. You clearly care less about prospective clients. It's high time we start demanding more of our medical world. We pay ridiculous prices as it is and to receive this kind of treatment is unacceptable. Too many to count. Once was sent to the emergency room by his office based on test results from the previous week. When I explained that I was no longer symptomatic and asked to speak to Dr Chadha, I was told he already left for the day. What? You want a patient to go the hospital and have your staff send the message. Ok, well is there a way to reach him to see if I should still go? and was told no way to contact him. They suggested I call back after 5:00 and get the on call Dr to ask him for advice. Did that and never received a call back. So went to the emergency room and spent 4 hours there for them to tell me everything looks normal. Dr Chadda seems completely unconcerned with my problems, symptoms etc. i suffer from depression and when at his office last month (11/19), I mentioned I wasn’t doing well and had to double up on my antidepressant medicine. His immediate response was “you should be getting that from a phsychiatrist!” Not “I’m sorry that you aren’t doing well”. No more discussion. Two weeks later I called in for my standard refill and he denied it. Two weeks is hardly enough time to find a psychiatrist, much less find one, get an appt and an rx. Don’t go to this doctor. I promise you will be disappointed. The staff is horrendous too, except for Marisol (she is helpful). I have many more horror stories Unfortunately. Finding a new doctor today. Too many to count. Awesome service by Vijay Chadha

Doc Chadha and Nurse Marisol are 2 of the most professional people I have ever dealt with. The Doc has a great sense of humor and always puts the patient at ease. He is a great listener and can tell from a patient's chats what ails the patient and can treat them successfully. He is an excellent analyst of the blood test results, too, and can spot potential problems before they manifest themselves into full-blown diseases. Marisol is the best nurse of all and gives blood tests with no pain or discomfort at all to the patient. She does her work very quickly and professionally and is a kind, gentle, friendly, courteous person as well. Three stars, becuase Dr. Is Great;staff is terribly trained. If it was for the front staff/customer service 0 stars if possible. Dr. Chadha is very nice, professional and a Dr.who takes the time to explain everything. On the other hand I have had a HORRIBLE experience with their front desk, if they are not trained or prepared to help PEOPLE they should not be answering calls or even be at the front desk dealing with patients. To be Specific Brianna has a TERRIBLE attitude when she answers and is very unprofessional. It'd be sad to leave a practice for such a poor customer service, which to me is very important. Dr. Chadha is a wonderful doctor, he's really helpful and understanding .He ran a couple of tests and prescribed the medicine. He's always smiling and talks to you like he knows you well. He was the worst physician I came across in my life. There was nothing good to say about him. Unless someone is desperate for a physician I would not recommend this man to anyone.

Dr. Chadha has been our family doctor for more than 20 years . We live in a different state now (MD), but we still prefer to make the almost 40 miles drive to see him, than to find a local dr. He has been always excellent..

Dr. Chadha recommended a portable 24-hour hear monitor for my husband because he was concerned about something he saw on my husband's EKG. The office immediately provided the machine for my husband. We got the bill from insurance for $1,000 because they said it wasn't medically necessary. Dr. Chadha needed to clarify with the insurance and refused to do so. Ever since 2013 they have been hunting us down for the money we shouldn't owe if they could take the time for a phone call. NOT RECOMMENDED.

Dr. Chadha is the best and most sensible doctor I have ever been to. He is extremely well credentialed and practices medicine with a no-nonsense, common sense approach. I know that he has lots of patients, but he always makes me feel welcome and treats me with respect, something that other doctors often do not.

He has very friendly with the patients. He clearly asks and understands the problems. The staff is very friendly.

Tho I have moved away 2wks ago, I still consider Dr. Chadha "my doctor". and I hope I find a doctor just like him.. I wish that I could have brought him and his family to my new state because I appreciated the way he treated my medical concerns. NEVER once did he miss a diagnosis. Every medication he prescribed for me was spot on till this day. Dr. Chadha was referred to me 10yrs ago and for that I am grateful but sad that he won't treat me any longer only because of distance...

Been going to him for nearly 20 years. Dr. Chadha is very personable and quite a caring doctor. He does go far and beyond to ensure patients come fist. The office visits are unmatche--never have to wait long because of overbooking. If I could give him 6 stars I would.

I have been a patient of Dr. Chadha for approximately 11 years. I have found him to be very knowledgeable and thorough while, at the same time, low key. He is cautious, but does not endorse a shotgun approach to diagnostics. In fact, on one occasion, when he had made a recommendation which I did follow up, he employed gentle prodding until I took action. Ultimately. his concerns were justified and, very likely he ended up saving my life. I would not hesitate to recommend him.

I have been going to Dr. Chadha for close to 10 years. He's always quick to crack a joke and listens intently to your concerns; he will tell you to stay off the internet to self diagnose, LOL His front staff are the best; always friendly and nice. His nurses are so kind, and I have never had a complaint. I am always quick to be seen after check in and can usually get a last minute appointment for "emergencies". I highly recommend him.

I & wife visited them for annuals.It has been a nightmare since then.Front desk treats U like crap,doctor was good in the beginning but made me visit twiceand my wife like 4 times (after which she stopped going) as it was fr not reason & every time they charged us heavily. For ex: my second was him telling me that all is well & they charged for that.I don't even want to start about their billing dept, I paid long back & am still getting letter threatening collection.

Have been going to Dr. Chadha for more than a decade and am very satisfied. He is always pleasant and takes his time to understand the issues as well as explain the diagnosis and the prognosis.

Dr Chadha is an amazing physician. He is funny, kind and knowledgeable. He always listens attentively and takes care of whatever health issues I might be having. I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen and a lot of the testing can be done in house, so I never have to make extra appointments. Love him and the staff is pretty nice as well.

I have been a patient of his for about 25 years now. He takes time to listen to you, will look at your issue, and will answer all your questions. He is knowledgeable and keeps up to date with health trends. Above all else, he cares about people.
