Vijay L Arora

I love this doctor she has been taking care of my son since he was a little boy now 17 years old. Her care is so loving and patient with my visit everytime. I moved to Savannah but still she will always be my son doctor. I will highly recommend anyone to have her as your child's pediatrician she is just a wonderful and caring physician.

I want to start saying, that I love Dr Vijay, but the people that work at the front desk are the worst. I made an appointment for my son, who was very sick, I called Thursday and I got an appointment for Friday. I asked if they had something around 3:00 pm, the person who answered the phone said that they had something at 3:10. I got there around 2:50. They didn’t greet me, I just wrote my name in a waiting list and I waited for them to call me. I wait and wait and the people who got there after me, were leaving the office, so I approached them and I asked why it was taking so long, the person there told me that I had not made an appointment, so usually the waiting period for a walk-in was over an hour. I explained them that I had called the day before to make an appointment, but they told me, that I wasn’t in the system so she couldn’t ’ do anything. I stayed there for two hours and a half, when we finally saw the doctor, all the staff was gone. So I pay for their incompetence. I would give this place no stars if I could. The front desk lacks of customer service and general knowledge of pediatric practices. They have no experience whatsoever , because of their lack of knowledge we had to wait for more than 2 hours! This place is understaffed but keeps on taking in new patients make no sense ! One of the doctors had the audacity to come in our room to check our child look at the paperwork and said I will be back the other patients are in a rush!! Please if you value your time and want your child to be seen by a good doctor please go elsewhere I would give this place no stars if I could. We’ve been with Dr Arora since 2007. I have absolutely NO COMPLAINTS. Her staff is always wonderful. Patience is very important when. The reception does not work. They are not friendly and her face is always very bitter. She does not help at all. The doctor arora if very excellent for her I return here. It does not matter if there is a long wait if they treat you with kindness and a good face.

I have been going to Dr Arora since 2010 with all my 3 kids medical needs. We respect and like Dr Arora. Everyone in Front Desk are awesome.

Dr. Arora is the most amazing doctor! My children are now 29, 25, and 20 years old and they still talk about her. She is calm, caring, patient and spends each visit with you as if you are the only patient in the office. I had two sickly children, and she always made time to see them on short notice. She is truly one of a kind!

super bad service. I took my child there this morning and lady at reception said my insurance is not active. they lied to me bcuz when I took my kid to another doctor right after that and gave them same insurance card it was active. her instance was to make pay me from my pocket.

Today was the worst experience. I made the appointment on the phone & was told only Dr. Wayne was available. Appointment was at 11, arrived at 10:40. Only 2 patients ahead of us but for some reason everyone that arrived after was seen before us. After waiting 2hrs in the waiting area I asked, front desk said everyone went ahead of me because they were seeing Dr.Wayne. I told her our appointment was made with her too! Finally after waiting a bit longer we get to go inside but to be asked by the assistant if first dr available was fine, excuse me? We were the last people to leave the whole clinic, around 1:25. Dr.Arora always does an excellent job, main reason why We come here. She has cared for my two children since newborn. Always listens to concerns and explains every detail, step by step. I agree with those saying the wait times were ridiculous. I always felt they well over booked themselves with patients. This practice was okay but once Dr. Kaur left I transferred my son to another practice. I am now extremely happy with the new practice and wish we had switched sooner. I give this practice two stars only because of Dr. Kaur (who is no longer there) and the nurse staff. I agree with those saying the wait times were ridiculous. Really nice doctors

Is excellent pediatric

Dr. Arora has been my children's pediatrician since they were newborns. Since she has watched them grow. She is so caring and really goes above and beyond. You babies are definitely safe in her hands.

Dr. Arora and her health staff are the best. My children are 9yrs old, 8yrs old and 6yrs old and they have been going to Dr.Arora since they were newborns. I love her and her patience with her patients and she is always there when you need her. She will give you instructions step by step and make sure if it does not workout to call her or sometimes she would have a plan set in place in case it did not. She is the best Pediatrician that a mother can ask for to help raise up their child/children in good health or when they are sick to help cure them. At the beginning I loved everything about it because it was close to my house and to my job; The doctors are very good and attentive and they care about my kids health. My mind completely change when they started taking walk ins like another person mention it here; I also had to wait up to 2 hours to be seen, my husband kept waiting on the waiting area with my 1 year old son - which at that time had a fever of 104.3 - none of the so called receptionist seem to care of the situation. My husband end up leaving and took my son to the emergency room - until this point I don't understand what is the purpose of giving you an appointment and they don't follow up the schedule. Unfortunately her front desk staff are VERY RUDE, ARROGANT & UNPROFESSIONAL. IT is sad because the doctor's are amazing and will hate to change my kids due their horrible front desk staff. The staff should be a little more understandable when it comes to kids health. I understand there might be times in which the staff get overwhelmed and frustrated with the load of work. I just wish you guys could be a little more understandable - specially when we as parents are already frustrated while having a 1 year old baby sick. Recently the waits are increasing over 2 hours. The doctors are nice but the wait makes your kid worse.

At first I loved everything about it because of the distance from my house and my preferred pharmacy. The doctors are very good and attentive, they even remembered my son with out looking at a file. My mind about the place changed when they started accepting walk-ins at the same time as appointments. I had to wait up to 2 hours to be seen, plus 1 hours in the exam room because the doctors were so busy! Another thing is they hired new reception staff which were extremely rude, arrogant and unprofessional. I had to change my son's doctor because it was a pain going here. Dr. Vijay is a great doctor! Professional, Articulate and patient. It is always a pleasure when my children visit with her. Unfortunately her front desk staff are VERY unprofessional and unorganized. At times the visit is bittersweet. The neighborhood is not one that I recommend but Dr. Vijay made it worth my while very kind and professional. So for all those who expect to have both, great doctor and great customer service you will be disappointed. Staff should understand every doctors visit, especially with growing children is an important one and staff should be receptive, kind and patient when involved in the process. We understand your work load and urgency to get patients in and out. Please FRONT DESK STAFF don't treat your customers/Patients like a file.. we have feelings and you can not just shove us on a desk or shelf and walk away. It is the client who help keep the business successful. Again, Dr. Vijay and her nurses are extremely great at what they do but your front area need more customer service training. Very poor patient service. They give you appointment time and tell u come on time than make you wait for 2 hours before you get into triage. If you want to come to this clinic make, sure you have extra 4 hours to stay in the clinic. Very inefficient front desk and Doctor services in this clinic. Doctor dont read your report and asks you questions. Doctor should read reports and answers to patients queations. This clinic is all about to make money by doctor no services .¡¡¡¡¡

My sons have been patients her for 12 years! We love the doctors here. The staff and nieces are personable, warm and patient focused. Dr. Arora and Dr. Kaur are extremely skilled at pediatric medicine. The have an outstanding bedside manner and really car about all children. This practice comes highly recommended by our family! I can't say enough positive things about this practice. My sons have been patients her for 12 years! We love the doctors here. The staff and nieces are personable, warm and patient focused. Great doctor! Great nurses. Obnoxious and unhelpful front desk help most of the time. Dr. Arora helped us fix a health issue with our baby without being overbearing in the diagnosis. We will definitely be returning. Her nurse/assistant is very helpful and understanding. The front desk help (most of the time) on the other hand has an attitude and can't help you with anything when you call. Still worth it for the convenient location and great medical care! i was having trouble finding a doctor office that takes new patients with peachcare in my area. I came across this clinic and they were able to see my daughter with no problem with out a long waiting time. They were very friendly and very concern about my daughter and health history. We were just going in for a check up. I was very pleased!!! Im so happy I came across this clinic and this will be my daughters primary doctor from here on out. She even called my a week later to check on my daughter and I was like WOW that's awesome.
