Dr. Lao is by far the best doctor and surgeon I have ever met and experienced. She was extremely confident in my diagnosis and made me feel confident to go into the first surgery I ever experienced. The procedure went smooth and the healing was effortless. I am so grateful for her knowledge and compassion. If you are seeking a specialist I can not recommend her enough!

It was a pleasure to see this doctor. The staff was very efficient and I was seen very quickly. The doctor gave me very good information and developed a concrete plan which was quite successful. Overall a great experience. Dr. Lao is a very good and knowledgeable physician. She took the time to explain my medical condition and came up with a very good plan of action. I feel much better now. Her staff is also excellent and they do a great job getting the patient ready for the doctor visit.

Dr. Lau is a doctor I recommend, and if in need of her specialty, encourage you to call her office. I had a procedure and no pain (i.e. no meds needed) after surgery and healed well. She was willing to listen and then explain (picture if requested) the recommend procedure and always seemed to consider your health and wealth a priority; i.e. suggested alternative lower cost meds that would be just as effective for your option with pros and cons. She accepts many insurance plans.
