I am new to the area and have been searching for a PCP that I can trust with the care of my most prized possession...me. Needless to say, seek ye shall find! So grateful!!
Dr. Grady is the BEST physician I have ever seen. So much so, when she moved to the Ladysmith campus from Fredericksburg, I drive the extra 30 minutes to continue to see her. Dr. Grady is empathetic, compassionate, LISTENS, and works with you to find the best solution. Dr. Grady, while always extremely busy, makes the time to ensure you are heard and treated a real person, not just a 100+ visit.
Dr Grady and her staff stand above and beyond my expectations. I have an autoimmune disease and always have some issue going on. Someone always helps. Her front desk staff, her nursing staff, and Dr Grady herself do everything in their power to help me or get me going in the right direction. Definitely reccommend this practice!
Dr Grady is the best Dr. I've ever experience, she is very personable and pays attention to detail.
Doctor Grady is caring for my elderly parents, and they love her, as I do. She is very thorough and explains everything. She is terrific, and you'd be lucky to have her as your doctor!
Have never witnessed someone who treated an elderly (87) patient as poorly as she did. Non-responsive to concerns and outright disrespectful.

One thing a patient looks for is a doctor that pays attention to details. From the moment Dr. Grady walks in the door, she pays very close attention to you and gives you resolutions and not once will she second guess herself.
