Dr Fontana perform emergency surgery on my broken fingers. His skill level and expertise is top notch. Fingers very straight with no notice on any incision or scar tissue. Highly Recommended

Phenomenal Physician! Met Dr. Fontana in the ER after horrible hand dislocation. He waited for me in the ER on a Sunday just to see if he was needed. I had immediate complications from my injury and Dr. Fontana scheduled me for emergency surgery. I have fully recovered beyond all expectations, faster than expected. Highly recommend!

Dr. Fontana came in clutch for me. After a motorcycle accident, I needed two pins in my thumb, and he did two washout surgeries of a laceration on my arm. My thumb feels awesome; after therapy, I'll be back to normal. The scar from my wound looks impressive; you can barely tell my injury was 2-inches wind and very deep.

I am lucky to have had Dr. Fontana as my surgeon and doctor. Early in June, I had a motorcycle accident that left me with Bennett's fracture of my right thumb and a 2-inch laceration in my left arm. Two days after my incident, I went to Bayshore Hospital to get a check out again. When Dr. Fontana took me in as a patient, I had gravel in my stitched wound, causing a cellulitis infection from a previous care facility, and a broken thumb bone that stilled needed care. After two pins in my right thumbs and two wash out surgeries later, I am on a full road to recovery. My left arm looks unbelievable, and the scar is so minimal to how broad and deep the laceration was. I worried about having a scar for the rest of my life, but it's healing so well that it may be entirely unnoticeable a few years down the road. After the pin removal, my thumb feels excellent for the state it was in; with therapy, I know it'll seem like it had never happened. Trust in Dr. Fontana, follow his guidelines. This man does the job right. I suggest him to anyone. Again, I was so lucky to walk into Bayshore and have him as my doctor. Thank you again!

I just left Dr. Fontana's office with my 10 year old daughter for her one year followup. My daughter was bitten in the face by a dog last July. As a parent, this was one of those situations that you never want to see happen to your child. Dr. Fontana met us in the Emergency Room, and couldn't have handled a child more comforting and professionally ! He did an absolute AMAZING job suturing here wound. From his meticulous demeanor to his plastic surgical skills, he is simply the best !

Dr. Fontana fixed my broken nose and I could not be happier! The staff at his office was very friendly and he provided me with excellent information in regards to my procedure. The procedure went extremely well and I couldn't be more pleased with the results. Dr. Fontana is a perfectionist in every sense of the word. Great doctor & a great person!

My daughter saw Dr. Fontana as a consult on an ER trip and have continued our follow-up visits with him. He is kind & informative. I don't have any problems scheduling appointments with him (although I wish his office hours were a bit longer to accommodate for work hours). We've never sat in the waiting room for more than 10 minutes.
