Vickie Hug

Although not as thorough as my previous PCP, she’s good during the office visit, knowledgeable, pleasant, but no support from her at all, will not return a phone call. I had been diagnosed with cancer & was facing imminent major abdominal surgery. I wished to discuss concerns about a risky pre-surgery test with her. Got a “reply” passed along via layers of office staff. I was also told that staff was pushed to offer telehealth, and that I could only talk to her via a scheduled telehealth appointment. I was offered one that was after when the test would have to take place, too late to be of help regarding the test or surgery. I was on my own. Not the 1st time something like this happened with her. After several years with her, I’m shopping for a new PCP.

Dr. Hug is by far a 5*+ physician. She is on top of her game medically, compassionate and caring. Dr. Hug listens to her patients and actually heard you. This is almost unheard of these days. I would recommend Dr. Hug to anyone! She's an A+++ in my book. .

Dr. Hug is an excellent physician who is caring and kind. She allows her patients to ask questions and she provides thorough answers. She is very current on diagnosis and treatment. I've never felt rushed during my visits.
