Two stars because we liked the Doc. However, the office help was rude, condescending and not helpful about charges billed directly billed to me that should have been to my insurance. I called my insurance to get a tear one provider, they sent me to this office. I called the office and told them I called my insurance to ensure this was a tier one office so I would not encounter any out of pocket expenses. They scheduled us with a tier two provider (apparently the doctor that is listed for this building Vicki Anthon Athens is retired) which then caused a large out of pocket expense. Then they would not help me or even give me any other options, she said rudely, you had the services, you pay your bill, if you don't pay your bill that's fine, we will just send you over to collections. WE WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN because of that rudeness. There are plenty other providers out there that have kind office staff. Two stars because we liked the Doc.
