Well first off, I waited 45 min to be seen for 10 minutes. You used to be able to call and speak to a real person, now it's all automated. And the one thing we enjoyed was the candy and due to new changes, that is gone too. So we get to wait an hour for nothing, not even a treat.

One of the worst doctors I've seen in a while. Extremely late to the appointment, like 45 minutes late and spent 20min in the room . Seriously? I thought it was a joke.
