I had surgery 2 years ago. I have followed up with Dr Triaca office to report continue to have issues. My visits after surgery with Dr Triaca were not positive. I felt dismissed, not listened to and issue not addressed.

Took four months to get an appointment with this rude provider who wasn’t therapeutic in the least. If you have to tell a doctor, “it’s my body” more than once, they’re not the one for you. She’s concerned with her own agenda and not with how a patient wants to proceed with their care. She didn’t even offer follow up after a procedure and I had to tell her that I was refusing a medication due to allergy. Read the chart please. Don’t make a patient fill out ten pages of paperwork if you’re not going to read it. Introducing yourself to a patient is important. She walked in and asked “what can I do for you” like a waitress at Denny’s. You can introduce yourself professionally, first of all. My first impression was not positive, and it will be my last impression.

I was unimpressed with this doctor & the scheduling department of her group. Appointment wait time was four months for a new patient appointment and it took five calls to set up the appointment. That’s too long for someone who is coming for pain control. The provider herself was flippant, unprofessional, and thoroughly unconcerned with what was concerning me. She walked in and asked “What can I do for you?” and never introduced herself. Dr. Triaca had her own agenda and was not listening to me. I had to tell her that I was allergic to a medication she wanted to prescribe and I had to remind her that it was my body and my life more than once. She was unpleasant once I declined medications and called me “guarded” after I made it very clear that I was uncomfortable with her line of questioning and did not want to discuss something. I found her very pushy. The visit was pressured and rushed and my questions were not answered. I will not be returning to see her, nor would I recommend her to anyone.

I am a 50 y.o. female who was experiencing extreme incontinence due to having 3 children and other neurological issues....I could not go for more than about an hour without having to find a bathroom..After trying 4 medications and physical therapy, Dr. Triacca suggested the interstim insertion. Well, it's the best solution to my problem I've had in probably 8 years!!!..I can now shop, sit in a car, and do activities without constantly having to go to, or find a bathroom... She is my hero!!!
