We went to see Lugris for couples’ counseling. I think she failed us. Therapy is not just about listening, it’s also about helping people discover their blindspots, about offering guidance and much more. Lugris rarely went beyond offering a few common sense suggestions. This was not a setting condicive to real lasting change/growth
