Verne H Webster

My grandmother became a patient at this facility this month. After the first visit we have called over and over to get her prescriptions. We have also left several messages on the patient portal and still have not received any response. I’m starting to think this change in provider was a mistake. Is there not enough staff to answer the phones or respond to messages? Most places have a policy to return calls or emails within 24-48 hours. This is totally unacceptable behavior for a healthcare facility.

Four hour wait time. Great staff from the front desk lady to the nurse to the doctor. But whoever the women is that works up there who I’m pretty sure isn’t even a nurse is terrible. She is rude and acts entitled and acts as if she is better than everyone. And I’m pretty sure what she did to me was against some kind of rule or policy. When a patient asks to speak to their doctor and you don’t let them there is something seriously wrong with that.

I waited four hours. It was ok though because the front desk women, the nurse and doctor was great. The problem was the women who I don’t even think was a nurse who denied me my right as a patient to speak to their doctor. She is not my doctor or nurse so when I ask to speak to my doctor about my healthcare I should be able to. Instead she was rude acted entitled as if she was better than me.

I'd rate five stars for the doctors alone. The office staff is completely unhelpful. I only got one of the medications i was supposed to today. I was in the office for close to three hours, have called 12 times, the nurses mailbox is full, the receptionist goes to voicemail, billing won't even answer. I've now been on hold for ten minutes. Dr. Webster you're my favorite but you really need more competent staff as this could cost you patients. Can someone reach out to me about my medication. I cant get anyone to the phone at all. Thank you Dr. Webster and staff....excellent experience! Staff was attentive and friendly! Dr Webster listened to all my issues with compassion and empathy! Finally found a doctor and clinic that I love!! Definitely recommend them!

Dr. Webster's staff shut me down during my last patient visit. I had difficulty making an appointment, my meds were out, and I hung up on one of his nursing staff when she would not provide me with help that I was asking, she just stated, you MUST CALL THE FRONT DESK TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! The nurse was not even sympathetic to my needs and she showed absolutely no concern that my meds had run out! I am changing physician due to this past visit. Dr. Webster has been my Doctor here in Huntsville, for nearly two years now. With my condition not improving and my BP consistently high, he has not once adjusted my meds as my previous family physician (15 years) stated may happen. During the most recent visit where I said his staff shut me down. My appointment was at 4:00 pm, Office closes at 6:00 pm, I was not even seen by the Doctor, but his RN at 5:40 pm - BTW she extended my current meds Rx for 6 mos. Dr. Webster is knowledgeable, professional, and extremely personable. I have to drive 25 miles one way to visit and I would not change for any reason.

Based on Dr. Verne Webster medical practice and experience, I can honestly say that I would recommend him to family and friends. Keep up the good work doc!

They only received one star because there wasn’t an option for 0. Horrible service... you can set and appt but expect to wait 2 hours before a doctor sees you. The nurses are rude.

Love Dr. Webster and the staff! They are kind and really care about helping you get well and be your best!

They are always pleasant. The facility is clean. I agree with most people about waiting a little bit if you don't have an appointment. Otherwise they are great!!

Dr. Webster and his team are absolutely fantastic! True caring doctors, who not only take the time to answer questions and explain things, but also listen to their patients and allow for discussion.

Make an appointment. Walk ins take longer. But they take care of their patients and once you learn their system no need to pack a lunch...unless u don't have an appointment. Then maybe a light snack.
