Was directed by NW community ER to see an infectious disease doctor. Contacted Dr.K and was told by receptionist that they don't accept patients without special referral from another doctor. They are a closed practice.

Seeing Dr Kerchberger was by far the very best Doctor experience I have ever had in my life. I’m almost 65 years old, so I’ve had many experiences. His knowledge, courtesy and care was simply off the charts. There is no other way to describe it. I told his assistant that I would like to come to him for each and every medical need I have! Doctor K is great. Answers questions and really cares

Dr. K is treating my 92 yr old mother and has been attentive and caring. He is what empathic medicine is about which embraces the mission of palliative care.

I was a patient of Dr kerschberger a year ago when I had a dental extraction that went into a bone infection and he was in charge of me for IV antibiotics for a six-week window I must say that he is a excellent position with excellent bedside manner being that I work in the medical field I come across many different doctors with many different personalities and some I'm not the best or the most caring. He is excellent in all aspects. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing this type of MD

Excellent, patient doctor who really listens to his patients. I refer people to him, because I believe in his knowledge.

Dr. Kerchberger is a nice man, but he NEVER returns phone calls to us. My husband is very acutely ill any we've been attempting for 4 days to get some questions answered from him. This is after repeated calls to his office. Two of my husband's other doctors, in addition to a staff nurse, have attempted as well, with no response. I have a newfound empathy for patients and their families who are stressed anyway, then have to endure utter neglect. It's simply not right. We've only seen in hospita
