He is the most knowledgeable and caring PCP I've met. So thankful that I am in good care

So very pleased with Dr Madhav! Both my husband and myself see him regularly! So much knowledge!! His office staff are awesome!!

Dr. Madhav is very professional and informative. He has helped me to understand the nature of my illness as well as the steps to take on the path toward healing. His staff is also attentive and professional, and they actually return calls when they say they will. I highly recommend Dr. Madhav and his facility to anyone in need.

Dr. Madhav is extremely knowledgeable, patient, and caring. He listens to you and has a great bedside manner. The office is beautiful and always clean. I would recommend this pratice to anyone.

I came here because I had issues with my last primary. When I walked in I could already tell a difference. The waiting room is condor and smells nice. The staff is all very nice and the doctor came in and was knowledgeable and explained everything very well. Instead of making all the changes at once he is making small adjustments to make sure something is working or not working. Not only is this place nice and clean. The staff is so kind! Doctors are extremely knowledgeable and walked me through each concern I had. I would recommend my entire family to come here

Dr. Madhav took the necessary time during my appointment today to ask me detailed questions for my diagnosis. Dr. Madhav is very knowledgeable, caring and thorough. I feel I’m in good hands in his care. I highly recommend Dr. Madhav.

I can not say enough about Dr. Madhav and his practice! He is the most intelligent and informative physician I have ever encountered. Above all he does genuinely care for his patients and makes everyone a priority.

Dr Madhav is wonderful, and took his time during my visit. He addressed all of my concerns, and is taking all necessary steps to assist with my health! Beautiful office and very sweet staff! You’ll be in good hands with Dr Madhav and his team!

Dr.Madhav and his team have me in and out of the office. The best primary care doctors office in Plano. I would refer everyone to his office.

Good from the 3 places he seen me at Medical City of Plano was 1st sure did good cordating case. 2nd site was Valmer in Richardson on Campbell road. Did great job keeping things in order blood sugar was controlled real nice, 3rd place was alliance of Willow Bend in West Plano

a minute ago-Edit Although I have not met Dr. Vasantha I have had the displeasure of running into one of his employees of which I still don't know her function but Neatherly Holguin was beyond rude and unprofessional. This person, and I am using the term lightly, made unfounded accusations, yelled at me when I asked for information on my own mother and then hung up multiple times when I tried to get information, this place is simply horrible and I am reporting them to the AMA, BBB and TX State Attorneys General office for possible criminal activities.

Only doctor at Medical City Plano that showed any concern for patient's medication needs and wellbeing during my month long stay at this otherwise terrible hospital. Great bedside manner.
