He saved my life. Go to Vendie. People come from all over the world to see him.

Dr. Hooks is patient, kind, an expert in his field. He did surgery on me in 2005 for a mucosal prolapse. It was and is a successful procedure. I live in Hawkinsville, GA, and drove to Augusta for his expertise. My problem was very debilitating, but in six weeks, I was out and about and have never had another problem with my rectum. Three cheers for Dr. Hooks.

Dr. Hooks is truly amazing. Super intelligent, great bedside manner, acclaimed surgeon, an he actually cares. When I saw the results and pics from my mom's procedure I almost passed out. I knew I was about to lose her. I've seen my own patients pass away from what appeared much less. A year later I'm making her a follow up appt. and she is ..."like it never even happened". He did my surgery and was phenomenal. Great bedside manner. Thoughtful of his patients and what their concerns are. We live almost 5 hours away and it is well worth the drive for checkups now too!
