I should of read the reviews before going. The lady who shows you glasses was rude and very unprofessional. Dr was nice but my glasses were blurry. When i was trying to explain this the lady was very unpleasant and rude. Will never go back

I called at 9:30AM and was given a same day appointment at 11:40AM. The office staff was very welcoming and efficient. The tech was wonderful and made me feel very comfortable. Dr. Viki - well, she is just AMAZING. She quickly diagnosed the issue and provided initial medication in office. So personable and kind. I woke up the next morning 90 percent better. Where do I start the secretary was very nice. I took my client in cause she had a eye appointment the dr was very rude and inpatient with her. If you dont have the patience to deal with people with IDD then you shouldn't be working with no one.. I quit sure her insurance didnt act the way you did when you was screening her. You really didnt finish your screening process so I really think you should get full payment for something you didn't finish. Got an exam here. They failed to mention that they charge for a contact fitting. Billed my insurance 115 dollars. And made me pay put of pocket. For my contacts. This was 1 year ago. Today got an eye exam, eye doctor asked if my contacts were comfortable pretty much the same thing the doctor did eyepolis and every other eye exam ive ever had and i paid the cost of the eye exam. Timeline Shopping Visit Found frames! Set up appointment Friday, 6-1-2018 First Appointment Eye Exam Frames paid for Friday, 6-15-18 Got the call that glasses are ready. Went to get the glasses. 7-17-18 Still not working. Can't see well. Seeing double. Asked to bring in for “adjustment”. Went in same day. These professionals really know their business. They give good advice for your prescription, not just to get sales. They care and are very knowledgable.

The staff and physician were very friendly and professional. Did not have to wait long. I was very indecisive on what glasses to purchase, the staff were very patient and helped me decide.

I was told by my Dr. to get a diabetic eye exam by an Ophthalmologist. I made an appointment at Eyepolis. The experience was pleasant and handled in a very professional manner. I did not need glasses at the time but the office seemed very qualified to provide what ever fashion or lens needed when the time comes.

This is one of the greatest places I have ever been. Dr. Viki did she surgery for me and is a true specialist. I can not say enough about her expertise. Decided to prioritize a procedure other than the one I had explicitly gone there fore (mentioned 3 separate times). This was a year ago, this year I call back to give them another chance and they tried to pull the exact same BS as then. NOT OKAY. The doctor is great but the receptionist staff is TERRIBLE. So highly disgusted with my annual eye exam. After years of driving to my hometown for eye exams, I finally said enough is enough, I need to find an eye doctor in Pittsburgh. I was told about Eyepolis through an eyeglasses store in the city, and figured I'd give them a try. The office was nice enough, but has a retail feel to it. Everything was done by computer. I went in for the prescreening the MA asked my family and personal medical history. I opted to pay $65 to not have my eyes dilated, and instead they used a machine to get photos of the back of my eye. (Quite honestly the only positive of this exam) So far so good. I went in for the appointment, where Dr. Vicky clearly did not take the time go through my medical history because she asked me repeat question after repeat question. She kept referencing "people your age", "young people", etc. At this point I was only slightly irritated. She then pressured me into getting Corneal Topography claiming that my corneas were thinning. I live in my body, I take very good care of my body, and further more I pay very close attention to what MY BODY is telling me; I told her my eyes are they healthiest they have been in years and when I told her no I was not comfortable with having that done. I felt that the testing was unnecessary, and I do not currently have the funds to do unnecessary testing. She then went on a rant of how she is the doctor, and how she can't see me without the testing. As a doctor she should have acted more professionally, and not be so predjudice because I am a young female. Just because I am young does not mean that I am stupid, and that you can boss me around to make a few extra dollars. Eventually, I gave in to having the corneal topography, and to no surprise to me she told me I had a very thick healthy corneas. UPDATE: I've had the hardest time trying to get an appointment that works with my schedule. The doctor is rarely in on Saturdays (when most people who work... are off) First I was having an issue with my eye watering... and when I called to make an appointment, whoever answered the phone basically told me the that the DOCTOR wouldn't be able to see me if I had pink eye, even though she is a medical doctor. I told her I didn't have pink eye, but just to be safe.. i would make an appointment with a real doctor. Then most recently i've called several times to try to get an appointment around my work schedule and expressed how important it was to use my HSA benefits.. that didn't matter. So, I guess i'll spend my $1800 else where! This review was from last year: My experience her was phenomenal!! Dr. Viki was wonderful.. she took her time to explain the process and the findings. I was a little bit disappointment that she does not prescribe contacts, because occasionally I "used" to wear them, but not anymore, because she took her time explaining why she doesn't recommend them. I've been going here for years and I absolutely love my experience everytime. Everywhere I go from Pittsburgh to Atlanta Georgia I get compliments on my frames. Dr. Viki and her staff are so sweet and kind! 10/10 recommend!

I found Dr. Christpoulos to be very caring and very thorough in making sure that you get the best examination and maximum care for your eyes. Best treatment compared to five previous health centers. I used to go to a well known big box store for my optical appointments until my insurance changed and I went to eyepolis. I couldn't believe how thorough the exam was and the wonderful doctor actually caught a few things the other place never did. Will try to "sell" the catalys laser treatment to patients that don't need it. Also makes you pay out of pocket for fancy retinal exams with "state of the art" equipment that isn't necessary. Can be very rude and disrespectful if you question her and have personally known people that had surgery by her and had a problem that she tried to blow off, that got a 2nd opinion to be treated. Will not follow you if you have post o.p issues.

Dr. Vicky is patient, thorough and friendly. Makes going to the eye doctor enjoyable.

I found the staff and the doctor to be very friendly and easy to work with. Unfortunately they do not provide exams for those with contacts, so if you wear contacts don't even bother. They actually asked me to leave:) No joke, they're apparently very strict about it. If you wear glasses I'd recommend giving it a try.

From a regular eye exam to surgery, my care with Dr. Christopolis and everyone in her office has been extremely professional, personable, and kind.

I had appointment 12/21 and this Doctor is the best eye doctor I have ever been to, great customer service, staff is so friendly and thorough, she is always on time and explains everything to you so that you understand it, I will recommend her to anybody who is looking for a great eye doctor.

I had a really positive experience at eyepolis. All of the staff from reception to the technician to the Dr. were very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. I will be going back and recommending it to my family and friends.

This office is so wonderful! I recommend it to everyone and anyone when we talk about eye care. I love that the Doc is just so thorough and caring. I was able to get an eye scan instead of receiving the old way of having my pupils dilated and I learned so much about eye care that I never knew was taken into consideration. It was my first time in 36 yrs that I was told I should get glasses to help with small print and reading. I was not pleased about that but the ladies out on the floor really helped me and listened to what I would like and my style. It's hard to know where to start because the women at Eyepolis are all just wonderful. I was very blessed to hear of Dr Viki when I had cataracts in both eyes. Dr Viki explained everything to me in her lovely calm manner. She is a wonderful surgeon and a beautiful person. My eyes have been just perfect under her care. The women on staff are always willing to help you and always greet you with a big smile. I went to many eye care places before Eyepolis and was never happy. Terrible customer service!!! Don't go here. The Dr is rude. Michelle had terrible customer service skills. My friend just had a horrible experience here where they actually sold replacement frames that were specifically ordered for her since the quality was very poor of the ones she originally purchased to someone else at full price --- and tried to convince her that her old frames were brand new!!
