Doesn't care about people's pain in the foot. My first visit I should've realized this was gonna turn out a really bad experience once the guy there took x-rays of my foot and the first thing out of his mouth was rudely "don't touch MY machine!".. I've had an x-ray on my foot before n never have I heard this. I touched the machine lightly so I can quickly balance my foot...And If she don't like you she won't treat you. They take almost 2 hrs to have lunch. They leave at 4:15 not 5pm. She told me if I happen to run late to an appointment, she won't allow me to come back ever. Very petty woman. I'm from NYC where the doctors are way better, they will see every patient and don't make up excuses to not see a patient or treat them. She didn't care AT ALL. NYC doctors also don't ONLY cater to senior citizens. HORRIBLE.. can't wait to find real doctors like NYC out here that listen and not try to rush you out after u just left work early to get treatment and still not get treated.. it's sad Doesn't care about people's pain in the foot. On the day of his appointment with Dr. Vanessa Nieves while the staff was working on my grandfather's foot nails, they asked if he had changed insurance and he said “yes”. They where on nail number 3 of 10. The doctor then came in the room and told my grandfather “they did not accept his new insurance and the service to be completed would cost $50”. My grandfather offered the $30 cash he had on his wallet and their reply was “come back with the other $20 on Monday and we can complete the service”. This situation I just described its the definition of lack of humanity, care and above all its disrespectful. Should they had done their job correctly they would have called ahead of time or asked in the front at check in about insurance changes. Another option would had been to complete the service and bill the patient. My grandfather will never return to this office or the care of Dr. Nieves but I will make sure

To whom it may concern: Francisco Guynaldo Jerez is my grandfather, he was born 1/28/1937. 2 Times and never again. I waited to see the Dr. and was very offput by the office as a whole. very short Hours(Kissimmee), unskilled, not clean or kept neat. I was advised to "wear Heels"???? lol I have balance issues and multiple chronic comorbidities… I recieved a brace for night & cortisone shot (poorly executed). prayed I didn't get an Infection ( I am a CSTFA) working in the Healthcare field for over 30 years. I wasn't fit or instructed on how to use the brace, nor was I given any info on X-RAY taken for possible fracture. was instructed to come back in one week for follow-up. as I did. with my insurance I don't have a choice. but second visit was worse. Didn't see her (the Dr.) at all. asked for a copy of the x-rays previously taken (which I req. at last visit and was told would be ready)needless to say it wasn't and I was told I could take a photo... no Joke. male staff member came in very briefly, asked my name said she'd be right with me assistant gave me a boot!

Dr. Vanessa Nieves is the most irresponsible and disrespectful doctor ever. Make appointment early in the morning and make elderly patients wait extremely long time. Her office open at 8:30 the place is full and an hour later she still not in the office. Ask staff if this was her normal and they all said YES. Can tell people get book education but not be educated.

NO PONEN NI UN PAPEL PROTECTOR DEBAJO DE TUS PIES. TODOS PACIENTES PONEN SUS PIES ENFERMOS A EN EL AREA DONDE TE SIENTAS PARA QUE DRA VANESSA NIEVES TE EXAMINE LOS PIES. EN ESA OFICINA NO HAY HYGIENE DESDE DONDE COLOCAS TUS PIES. 2. NUNCA ELLA EXAMINÓ MIS PIES EN TRES VISITAS. 3. ME RECETÓ UNA BOTA PARA DORMIR FUERON $75.00 QUE EL PLAN NO CUBRÍA. 3. LA DOCTORA VANESSA NIEVES SOLO ESTÁ POR GANARLE EL DINERO A LOS PACIENTES. 3. PARA MI CONDICIÓN RECOMENDÓ UNAS INJECTIONS QUE MUY CONVENIENTEMENTE LE PUEDO COBRAR A HUMANA. PRIMERA INJECTION NO ME ALIVIO NADA. SEGUNDA INJECTION NO ME ALIVIO TAMPOCO. 4. LE PREGUNTÉ QUE ME ESTABA INJECTANDO Y NO ME CONTESTÓ. ESTA OFICINA LA VISITE DURANTE EL MES DE MAYO 2019.

Worst place ever. Please do not go. The doctor attitude is rude, the staff members are rude. They do not care about your time or well being. I went there to get a consult for my foot, it seems that I have very painful plantar fasciitis. My very first visit with a schedule appointment my wait time was 2hrs. I ended up staying because how bad my foot felt. After waiting so long, you think they would have been more approachable and apologetic. Nope. She barely took one look at my foot.

She is not professional, your attitude is very unrespectful in specific with the old people.

This is the worse doctor ever. If you are going to see this doctor make sure to have your wallet full because they only care about the money and not the patient. Even with my health insurance which I had no more copays for the year they wanted $100 from me to see the doctor and then they settle for $50 but doctor said that I needed a cortisone injection that it was $50 more and she called the receptionist into the room to get the $50 before I could get the injection. Just don't go there.

This doctor it’s beyond rude I was shocked that she’s was a doctor never in my lifeblood have I met someone who is as unprofessional as her. I do not see how she is in business.

This is the worst "doctor's" office in Orlando. The doctor and her staff are very rude and unprofessional. They do not care about the patients or family members who accompany them. It's almost like they look down on the paying patient. I called my mother's medicare/insurance provider and filed a formal complaint. I recommend that if you are treated without compassion and respect, complain to someone who can do something.

She is great. She Belives in others things then surgery
