She is a complete scam artist. Virtual appointments only. Never gets back to you. She is a poor excuse for someone who should look out for the best interest of the patient. I do not recommend.

I realized I have a UTI. Called them. They got me right in. The best office staff and nurse. I have always been able to get in . When I have needed to. They get back to me right away.. Very happy with this practice.

Dr Vandana Sahay is very caring. She provides a personal touch and provides comprehensive care. She has been a provider for my mother-in-law for several years. Dr Sahay has always been accommodating and provided her with compassionate care. Recently I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma. During my first visit she took her time to review my entire history and provided me thorough analysis and comprehensive treatment plan. I am very happy to be under her care because she is very knowledgeable and takes her time to educate her patients and approaches any medical problem with thorough analysis. Appointment was on time, pleasant and informative.

Very happy with Groton Internal Med. Quick to get you in for an appointment, even if your brand new and just need a physical. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. From the receptionist to the in-take nurse to the phlebotomist everyone was great. DR. Sahay has a great bedside manner and answered all of my questions without hesitation and still had time for small talk! So happy to have found such a great practice. Dr. Sahay really listens to my health concerns and takes them seriously. She is very thorough in diagnosing. She has been my doctor for 11years since I moved to this area. Nurse Darlene is also a huge asset to the team. She also really cares.

Have been Dr Sahay patient for over 30 years. She has always taken her time, answering all questions and concerns

Got in for a telehealth appointment the next day with Dr. Sahay. She and her staff are always very helpful and pleasant to work with.

Dr. Sahay's staff were warm and welcoming. Dr. Sahay spent time with me to go over aspect of my health concerns. Paid attention to what I was saying and really listened. Set up needed appointments and I didn't feel rushed at all.

Probably the worst experience I’ve had with a doctors office. I am a brand new patient and I am constantly getting hung up on anytime I try to contact my doctor by the people at the answering center. I am unable to speak with anyone at the office anytime I call in and am taking massive amount of time out of my work day to get the same message across to the doctor. I do not think I will be a patient here long because everytime I try to contact the doctor I am hung up on and told something different. The lack of communication is really disheartening. Communication and courtesy is a minimum requirement when it comes to working with patients or customers in any business. I feel completely discouraged that I chose this doctors office as my pcp. De Sahay is an A+ physician she listens and really hears me plus she is always on top of my care needs. She is compassionate and was very supportive when I was widowed this year and she was my husbands Dr as well which also helped me.

My mother has been going to Dr. Sahay for 15 years She's so understanding so kind. My mother is 90th She wouldn't leave Dr. Sahay for anybody else's She's just wonderful doctor ♥

Good Dr. She listens to what you say answers your questions. She never rushes either when shes with you . Also cares about her patients. I recommend her to anyone.

Very kind and caring.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Sahay for about 15 years. She is an incredibly patient and kind doctor. The nurse and lab tech are also wonderful.

Dr. Sahay and her staff are great! She listened to all of my concerns and came up with ways to find solutions. She didn’t rush me through the appointment. She was efficient yet thorough. I would definitely recommend Dr. Sahay and her practice!

I like Dr Sahay. She is personable and knowledgeable. However, I needed medical Care for a painful UTI on a Saturday. I called shortly after 8a. The on call doctor did not call back until 12:30p!! 4.5 hours later!! In the meantime I went to Urgent Care for treatment.

Dr Sahay is a very caring doctor. I appreciate her attentiveness . She takes her time and has always listened to all my concerns. Wonderful doctor.

I posted 3 reviews and they're not going in? Dr Sahay is a kind, compassionate Dr and very knowledgeable. I've been going to her for 10 yrs, she recommends the right specialists and tests for me. I would recommend her highly.

I left a review in 2019 and it was never posted. Have been going to her for years, she is an excellent Dr., always listens and gives you her time, she call herself personally on phone to f/u if she can. She will recommend the correct tests you need to have. I would recommend her to others, she's very caring. FR

Dr Sahay is my PCP, I’ve known her for close to 6 years now. She’s a great doctor who is very thorough in her care. She takes time to assess you and recommends tests to ensure that all areas of concern are covered. I’ll recommend her to my friends and family.

Very judgemental doctor! I am suffering from post partum depressed and she refused to help me. She doesn't help with any situation. I've been seeing her for over a year and I've finally had enough. Im switching doctors. I wouldn't recommend her for a dog!!
