Was here for I-693 They were courteous and quick. The receptionist went out of her way with kindness to make sure I had everything I needed and the doctor has a very nice bed side manner.

DO NOT GO THERE. Worst receptionist ever. Don't go there for I-693. They don't even know about how 60 days rule applys. I felt like the receptionist is being racist towards me. (this was the first time I felt like someone is being racist. I AM NOT BEING SENSITIVE.) I would have sued her if possible. I rarely give 1 star review as you can see from my review history. But I don't recommend this place at all. Such an inhumane experience. The person at the reception should really be changed. I like the Dr. She was cool and straightforward. I came in for my greencard medical exam. She is very nice and friendly! Her fees are the cheapest among Portland area and she tried to build her cost through insurance as much as possible! This has been the most inhuman and humiliating experience I have ever had with a Dr. It took like 30 minutes for her to show up and receive me. I was already in the consultation room when I heard her tell her receptionist that “she was going to go for coffee first” I guess her receptionist told her there was already a patient and she wasn’t happy because she came storming in, didn’t introduce herself, didn't even say hello. She sat down to jot stuff down in her paperwork. She asked me for my vaccination records and immediately rejected them without even decently going through them because “they were in Spanish”. She walks out and while she’s gone I put away all the documents she said wouldn’t work. When she comes in she asks me where the documents were (?!?!) so she makes me take them all out. Then she tells me in a horrible tone that “she’s trying to help me” and that I am “coming with an attitude” I try to explain or at least communicate myself that I am not understanding the process and she doesn’t let me finish and tells me to “not talk back at her” I was so confused about the process. And I needed communication from myself and from her and yet she wouldn’t allow me. A Dr. should help patients feel better, not make them feel worthless and unheard. I had to get my lawyer call them back to get a detailed explanation because I didn’t receive a clear instruction of what I needed and why I needed it. No one should ever feel the way I felt coming out from that appointment. If you are doing your medical check for USCIS, DO NOT go here. She’s awful, doesn’t explain, doesn’t tell you what’s going to happen in this process and simply doesn’t acknowledge you as a human being. It was NOT my fault you didn’t get your morning coffee. This has been the most inhuman and humiliating experience I have ever had with a Dr. Didn’t introduce herself, didn't say hi, didn’t explain what we were going to do. When she asked me for my vaccination records she said that nothing of what I brought worked because it was all in Spanish. At this point Im trying to communicate to see if there’s something we can do together because I’m very confused. She gets upset, interrupts me and tells me that “she’s trying to help” and that “I have an attitude” at this point I am trying so hard to talk and she won’t let me. Dr Vandana Bindal is a very caring physician. I would highly recommend her office for healthcare needs.

Dr Bindal consistently takes the time to answer all of my questions and address all of my concerns.

Have been coming here for about 2 years now. Dr Bindel has been such a great doctor I've even been taking that into consideration when debating whether or not I want to move out of state because a good compassionate doctor is hard to find. Kathy at the front desk has also only provided me with exceptional service. If I could give no stars I would. Dr. Bindal is cheap for the immigration medical process because she allows you to take blood tests in Providence or other labs that accept insurance but that’s where the positive experience ends. Firstly she was 45 minutes late to our appointment. She is literally available only from 10am to 12pm and it is impossible to get in touch with anyone despite office hours being until 5pm. The clinic is so run down and they are so archaic, nothing is digital and they do not accept documents unless you personally drop it off or fax it in. She made careless errors in my form while copying my passport details, stating that I am an Indian passport holder when I am not. When I called the office about correcting the error Kathy told me that she was too busy and that I would have to come back the next day. Dr. Bindall does not care about the well-being of patients and behaves like an immigration officer rather than a doctor. I am pregnant and she unduly delayed our immigration work as she refused to sign off on my documents until I got a vaccine which was not recommended by my OB until much later in pregnancy. When I checked with other doctors who offer immigration medical services, they advised that they would follow the OB’s recommendations. Unfortunately I had to take the vaccine earlier than planned in spite of having a high risk pregnancy and when I went in to give them the proof, Kathy told me that I would have to come back the next day because they were too busy despite my documents being in order and simply needing a signature. Delay and carelessness is all I experienced here. If I could give no stars I would. Highly reccommend. Kathy at the front desk and Dr Bindal are both great at what they do. Have only had exceptional care and service which is hard to find nowdays.

This place is perfect for me because I need my medical professionals to be straight forward and open minded. I also prefer smaller practices and I feel like they are very thorough. They listened to me and looked at my concerns at different angles. There are a few reviews where people think the staff is rude but I think they are misunderstanding their intentions or something. They have all seemed like good intentioned genuine people to me. Dr Bindal can care less about patient care. During my visit, she insulted me for not able to talk hindi I had a hard time to understanding her hindi. Also her assistant recorded my BP level high but she did not talk about BP she thought her time was more valuable than ours. when I checked other places my BP is normal. Unlike Others, I think she is courteous and respectful.

I have no complaints. Everyone was pleasant, didn't have to wait long, etc. It's always nice when I go there. The only complaint I have is the color of the wall in the examination room, but that green is very much in style.......

Dr Bindal was clear, concise and thorough at my office visit. She is very supportive and helpful in all of my health issues and treatment.

I routinely go to this clinic for my annual check-ups. The staff is polite and Dr. Bindal is very responsive to my concerns and suggests proactively.

Amazing clinic to go to for fast I-693 paperwork. We called the office on Thursday and were given an appointment the next day. Other clinics in Hillsboro/Beaverton area were giving us appointments after 2 to 4 weeks. We went with all our past vaccination records and I was asked to provide some more documentation. I arranged to get the documents faxed to them immediately and also personally delivered the documents on Monday. I got a call on Tuesday that our I-693 is ready and we can come to pick it up. Got the sealed envelopes on Wednesday morning along with a copy of what all is inside. Dr. Bindal is experienced and knowledgeable about the whole I-693 process. “I have been a paitent of Dr. Bindal for past 10 years. I am always welcomed with friendly staff and they are very helpful. The wait has never been more than few minutes . Dr. Bindal is very professional and great listener. It is easy to get an appointment with her and her staff go out of their way to ensure you can be seen as soon as possible. Dr. Bindal doesn't not watch the clock when treating her patients like other doctors, she spends quality time addressing your concerns, questions and explains the cause and treatment plan in detail. Every time I have gone in for the appointment she will always pull up my old test results and spends the time explaining the results and trends with my health. Dr. Bindal is very rude and unprofessional. As a healthcare provider myself, I can say that she has poor interpersonal skills and can care less about patient care. During my visit, she insulted my mother for not being a fluent English speaker despite her own thick accent that I had a hard time understanding. She would constantly shake her head and roll her eyes when I provided answers regarding the medical history. Also, in the middle of my appointment she pulled out her cell phone and took a personal call making it clear that she thought her time was more valuable than ours. I have gone to Dr. Bindal for years and her style is a great fit for me. I like that she tells me what she thinks, which is not always what I want to hear, and ultimately is almost always correct in her assessment. She gets more conversational with familiarity but while I like to talk, my visit to the doctor is as minimal as possible.
