Dr. Schneider made my day! From the moment I walked in her office I was greeted with love and professionalism. My experience was wonderful and I connected with the staff and Dr. right away ,felt like I was home. I am booking my next treatment and excited to know my results are going to be better than I can imagine!!

Dr. Schneider is the best. She's very knowledgeable, answers all your questions and educates you on all products and procedures. I love the way my skin looks now and I've even got my husband to come by for a consult! PS. I recommend the micro needling.

My favorite place in the world! If I could I would come once a week! Dr Schneider and staff are always a pleasure from the minute you walk in to the minute you leave ! Extremely professional and knowledgeable beyond any other place I have been! My skin is beautiful after micro needle treatments and the serum… botox has never been better ! I even took the plunge for laser hair removal (which I swore off after my first experience with it 10 years ago) it is painless and so reasonable no reason to ever wax or shave again! Going to see Mindy isn’t only about taking care of your skin; it’s the complete sensory experience. If you want treatments that really work, you need to come here! Excellent products, kind & friendly staff! I’ve had 4 treatments of micro needling here and I plan on doing more. She ( Dr.Valerie) may be professional in the field of hair removal, but unfortunately she is not trusted in the field of Botox and fillers.  As one of her clients, I am not at all satisfied with her work and I do not recommend her to those who are looking to get Botox and fillers don.  She prepares the products behind you and you do not see if she uses the same product for which you paid a high price or Not!!!  I paid for a product that I had been promised for a year and a half, but after three and a half months there was no effect. When I contacted her about this I did not get the right answer after several weeks.  If you are working hard for your money, Do NOT wasted it in this place. IPL BURN! Dr Schneider does not know how to use her own machines. She left me burned and scarred. I feel mutilated, do not trust her.

I had a couple of darker mole type bumps on my face & found out about Dr. Schneider through my sister. I went in with hopes to get them taken care of, and that they were. Dr. Schneider was confident that they could be treated using her Lamprobe device. Not only was the treatment quick, painless, and done in one visit, but in a week's time after healing they were gone. My skin was smooth in those spots, and no evidence of the spots ever being there. In the whole process Dr. Schneider was great to talk with, very educated, and her practice was very comfortable. I would recommend her to anyone in the Bay Area looking to get an aesthetic treatment done. I saw she does a whole number of services, from laser hair removal, SculpSure, and a lot more. Amazing experience with Dr Valerie Schneider! She is a true gem in Walnut Creek! I had Botox, sculptsure and have micro-needling scheduled! I really appreciated how much education I received from Dr Schneider on skin care! She really really knows her stuff! She also had helpful displays (grass shelf) that breaks down what your skin needs from cleansing, growth factors, vitamin C and retinol. I also really appreciated getting the pros and cons of each product without ever feeling pressured of buying. She really helped me develop plan for my skin based on my needs. I did the sculptsure today which is the competitor to cool sculpting. It'll the heat was applied 25 minutes on each side and it would gradually get hot and cool. I am super excited to see the results in 12 weeks. This is a great way to lose 24% of fat in targeted areas with no down time or side effects. I did cool sculpting before and I had shelving/swelling in the areas that were done. I had a little swelling with sculptsure but overall the side effects were noticeably less. I am also very excited for my appointment in 2 weeks to get microneedling with growth factors, she one of the only 2 sites in Northern California that has this specific growth factors! Dr Schneider really invests in products that work! Peggy the receptionist is also very helpful and friendly and followed up with me the day after to make sure I was ok.
