Simply the Best!!

Dr. Rasner is the best. I have been going to her for years and she always takes the time to explain everything. The staff are great, many of them have worked with Dr. Rasner for years, very helpful. I think she is the best Optomotrist in Southern California.

Love this place, moved to AZ and drove 7 hours to have an appointment. Totally worth it.

I've been going to Dr. Rasner for many years and could not have had better care. She is very thorough and professional, while also being very personable and approachable. Her Optician is amazing at finding the right fit and frame to suit your face and budget. The entire staff has always been really helpful and friendly. My insurance changed and she's not in my network. I tried seeing others for whom I am covered, but I can't find the quality and care her office provides. So I am now going outside my insurance and paying on my own to get the quality care I need. It's a bit more expensive (though I was thrilled to find that she does offer some discounts for cash payers!) but it's absolutely worth it. Eyesight isn't something I'm willing to gamble on, so I'm very happy to be back at Advanced Family Vision.

I love Dr. Rasner. I wouldn’t go anywhere else.

My son has been going here for a few years now ; he's 8 now, but has been wearing glasses since age 3. It's an all around great experience every time. The staff is sweet. And Dr. Rasner is a very humble and down to earth doctor. You can tell that she loves what she does. 5 stars, I would recommend her to anybody.

Doctor is very knowledgeable, I'm very happy here. Dr. Does more research and explains more in depth than needed and I love it!! Also very affordable, staff is awesome.. very clean as well and staff is very patient..

Dr. Rasner and her staff were wonderful with my son. Immediately she noticed that he was a little uncomfortable, and within 5 mins of the visit he was laughing and having fun. I would definitely recommend all parents to make their kids a visit with Dr. Rasner's office. Thank Dr. Rasner for a wonderful visit.

Dr. Rasner and her entire staff are amazing. This was my first ever eye appointment and Dr Rasner walked in and she explained what she was going to do and about 5 minutes later Dr Rasner and I were laughing like we had known each other forever. Super nice lady!! Her entire office was immaculate and looked modern. From checking in all the way through to getting fitted for my glasses was a very pleasant experience. Best Doctor around. I have moved from the area, but I will not change doctors. She is worth the time. She always goes above and beyond expectations. And she's a wonderful human being.

Dr. Rasner and her staff are always helpful, friendly, courteous, and professional. I have been going to her for several years now and am very happy with the service I receive. Like all medical professionals, there has been a time or two that her consultations with other patients have taken longer causing my appointment to start later than scheduled, and to be fair, my last appointment necessitated her spending additional time with me, perhaps causing a slight delay for the patient after me. Things like that are to be expected, but are also out of the norm for her, for a patient visit may initially be routine but her thoroughness means other concerns may become evident and need to be checked, as any good medical provider ought to do. I have never felt that my appointments were rushed, each examination being relaxed and focused and the results documented. I go in once a year, and Dr. Rasner remembers who I am as well as members of my immediate family who are also her patients. The facility is clean and tidy, necessary medical equipment present, and a wide selection of eyeglass frames, if glasses are needed. The technician who helps you select frames, does the measurements, and explains any insurance benefits for the corrective lens is friendly and thorough. The same holds true for the staff who schedule the appointments, as they explain any insurance benefits and how to utilize them. I recommend Dr. Rasner to friends who are looking for an optometrist. People that I know who are her patients are just as pleased as I am. Thank you, Dr Rasner, for the service you provide and the manner in which you do so.
