Avoid this practice if you can! Unfortunately, Dr Valerie’s attitude was more of appearing annoyed than providing attention or help. This Dr. made me feel humiliated and uncomfortable. English is not my first language, and this seemed to bother her very much. Even though I speak English adequately, there were some words that I did not understand. When I asked her to explain, so I could better understand, she began yelling at me as if I was a complete moron. Politely I told her that I can hear very well as I am not deaf, simply there are some words that I do not understand. My 9 years old son was with me, and I had to explain to him this sad situation, and that not all the Doctors are rude, arrogant, and not nice. The demeanor that this Doctor expressed is that she is working out of obligation and not service to her patients. Not to mention how unhygienic her practice was, despite the coronavirus situation we are experiencing, she began to blow her nose loudly in front of my son and me, she did not have the decency to go to the bathroom for that moment. Then, to add to this situation, was the attitude of the front desk person, who looked at me with spite. My attitude remained kind and polite despite being subjected to shouting, very bad treatment and bitter faces…. Ah and few weeks later I received a bill for $85, I paid my co-pay ,so I do not understand where this amount came from.

Dr Baskerville helped us with a foot issue that needed immediate attention. The follow up visit was an absolute disaster. She wouldn't discuss treatment, didn't check lab results for an infection, and had such a terrible bedside manner I left the follow up without finishing the appointment.

Dr. Baskerville was very kind to me. She took the time to explain everything that might have been causing my foot pain, and also gave me some info on how my cardiology issues may be affecting my feet. She gave me a few different options to try and I am feeling better already! Thanks Dr. B!

Horrible! Our experience yesterday matches the other reviews here exactly. Rushed and condescending bedside manner, brushing off our questions and attempting to intimidate us in general. She terrified my son by telling him casually his toenail would never grow back. We left immediately, got in to see a wonderful Dr at St Vincent’s who assured my son his nail will grow back just fine. Thank God we left before she could touch my sons foot. I wouldn’t take a dog to her. One star is more than she deserves.

Barley seemed to have time to discuss my needs. She just seems rude and hurried. It is so hard to take off work and find a doctor to be treated this way. Oh and I was the only patient there. That should have been my sign!

I went to this doctor for an injury toenail. This doctor has terrible bedside manner. I've never had a doctor treat me the way she did. I felt like she rushed our visit and she had an issue when I asked questions. Very condescending and felt like I was treated like a child. This visit was a waste of my time and I was told to come back if there was any change but I would never go back to see this doctor. PATIENTS BEWARE!!!

This doctor has very bad bedside manner! She’s very ruff on sensitive areas and has no concern for the patients feelings or issues with there body! Horrible experience and will never go back!

She’s concern about her patients overall condition she called and followed up to make sure my husband foot was okay she made sure he got admitted to hospital if not he probably would have to have his foot amputated thanks for saving his foot

I had a very poor experience here. Dr. Baskerville had a horrible bedside manner and she botched my ingrown toenail surgery. It had to be corrected by another podiatrist. Please consider another doctor for your ingrown toenails.

Father went to this doctor to have to wait 5 days for word on the tests ordered regarding a problem. Even when ordered stat, excuse was 'the holidays' . If there was so much concern regarding a patient's health, then why is there such a delay? Check your concern and follow up with a different podiatrist that truly understands the problems.
