Great Doctor and Great Hospital and staff. Best place to be treated when your sick or need surgery.

Dr Moondra takes time to listen to his patients. He displays genuine concern and I am very comfortable talking to this doctor.

I found him to be dismissive to my concerns.

I was taken back to the doctor's office as soon as I arrived and he was in to see me within five minutes of being seated. He explains the issues clearly and listens to my concerns.

Enough time to completely discuss options and procedure. Zero waiting time.

Everything went smoothly and I didn’t have to wait too long.

Dr. Moondra is a fantastic doctor. He's kind, explains details well and genuinely cares about his patients.

the entire Baycare staff was excellent; professional , caring, and considerate.

Very long waiting time for the MD. (Over 1 hr.) I thought my appointment was wrong, so I have to ask the front desk what was happening. This info. took several minutes to complete which was not necessary. Doctor and PA carefully review my history before meeting with me. They're well prepared when they enter the exam room. I have no recommendations re: improvement.

Dr. Moondra knew my entire history from studying my records prior to my visit even though I was a first time patient. He was very thorough in our discussion of catheter heart ablation. I was favorably impressed.

ok, better than last time

Dr was in a bit of a hurry, as usual. Did not seem to know of underlying problems that could affect outcome of recommended treatments. Checkout person missed a prescribed procedure until brought to her attention, strongly.

Very good doctor great detail

Dr. Moondra shared with me what he has planned for my heart care and what he envisions for the future with my heart. I left this visit with a feeling of comfort and care that I had not felt in a long time.

Excellent physician. Explains exactly what is going on and exactly what is needed. Very efficient and cares about doing what is best for his patients. Staff is very good as well. It's your heart- this is the guy you want working on it. He knows what he's doing.

Dr. Moondra is a very thorough and knowledgeable Electrophysiology specialist. He does well at explaining what is happening and what your future choices are. He spends time reviewing your prior tests and then offers his best suggestion for your future care. I feel very comfortable with him overseeing my cardiac care. Dr. Moondra is excellent. He performed a cardiac ablation on me last year and it went perfect. I cannot say enough good things about his treatment. I highly recommend him.

After numerous heart related diagnostic tests and evaluations, it was determined that I was not a candidate for a surgery solution. Dr. Moondra a Electrophysiologist agreed to take my case and after a pacemaker was inserted I am now feeling fine and back to a normal life without limitations. I am extremely grateful to Dr. Moondra for taking my case. Have the highest regards for Dr. Moondra as well as his associates and staff. Not impressed, would not recommend. After going to the ER with chest pain and admitted for an abnormal EKG. I spend 3 and half days in the hospital having multiple EKGs, a Stress test, a ECG, and an angioplasty. I had to wait 24 hours to see him, he came into my room, didn’t examine me or even listen to my heart. Spent more time explaining why he could not get there earlier then he spent giving me his assessment of my chart, which I don’t think he even read, and told me to follow up in a year. Sorry Doc my children deserve better, my husband deserves, my parents deserve better, and by dismissing me so quickly you disrespected their happiest which is the only thing that I care about.

I am so fortunate to have Dr. Moondra. His care has improved my quality of life both mentally and physically.

I can't say enough good about Dr. Moondra! He took the time to explain my treatment before and did an amazing job on my new ICD. My highest recommendation for this gifted Doctor!
