I'm 72 years old and was a management consultant before retiring. I'm very sensitive about being on time for an appointment. I have NEVER in my professional career been late for an appointment and I have expected the same from others.Dr. Ramgopal has treated me for the last ten to twelve years without EVER being late for an appointment. The man is ALWAYS on time. I find that amazing.There was one time when his nurse called me to say that the Dr. had an emergency and ask if I would mind rescheduling. Of course I rescheduled ... he respects my time and I respect his.He also treats you like a person not just a patient.All of that and Board Certified ... remember, there is a difference in SKILL level and this man has it all.
