Dr. Umeng David Thao

Dr. Thao is very nice and professional. He explained and made me fee comfortable throughout the entire process.

Dr. Thao was rude, arrogant and lazy. We were seeking a second opinion for an abdominal procedure needed to correct a rupture which has caused years of pain. He absolutely refused to consult any imaging (CT) and was flat out wrong about the procedure. He was unprofessional and clearly is only interested in procedures based on cash and vanity, not actually helping people. He did not listen and was ignorant as proved by confirmation of the primary diagnosis by a Mayo plastic surgeon.

Very rude staff. Dr Thao was overly casual and did not instill confidence. There was no doubt during the consultation that we would not use him.
