Dr. Ume-Haney Y. Kakwan

I recently relocated from California to College Station and visited Dr. Kakawan to establish my primary physician and to have my annual medical checkup/visit. Dr. Kakawan listened to me patiently and was very attentive throughout my checkup. She just did not want to give me prescriptions for my symptoms, she wanted to know the root cause. I was impressed and knew that I made the right decision to pick her as my primary physician when she recommended a specialist to get the root cause of my symptoms. Furthermore, she asked me questions to determine if I have other problems and there were a few that I had not mentioned. She really wanted to get a picture of my health. She took the time during my wellness visit and did not rush me. Her staff was very cordial and friendly!
