Staff was nice and courteous, well dressed. Dr . was friendly, caring, and very attentive.

Excellent care for my mother with Dementia. For a few years, living out of state I had to deal with my mother's obstinate denial of her condition . Dr. Pulipaka and her staff ALWAYS helped me when I called to facilitate treatment for her, get her appointments to other specialists and implement care plans. When my mother had an emergency and I had to come to Longview to eventually bring my mother to live with me, Dr. Pulipaka and her staff worked with me during my short visit to make sure I had EVERYTHING - records, medication refills, 2 follow-ups the month I was there- I was able to transition my mother to her new neurologist where I live with NO PROBLEMS. Dr. Pulipaka's manor is calm and thoughtful. She educated me on what to expect from a patient with Alzheimer's and dementia.

I wish I could give this doctor zero stars. I was referred to her in 2017 when my eye doctor became concerned that I might of had a brain tumor. Turna out I have pseudo-tumor cerebrai. This doctor kept trying to push medications that have serious side effects and doesn't actually help. There isn't a cure for what I have. I told her that after research, the medicine would affect my platelet count(I have ITP, low platelets) and she needed to speak to my hematologist. She lied and told me she did and he said it was ok. I saw my hematologist a few weeks later and told him about everything. He had no idea what she was talking about and told me that medicine would of lowered my count and could of killed me. She also told me if I didnt takw that medicine I would die. I told her I didnt want the medicine and i wasn't going to take it. I quit using her after that. She's definitely the worst. I saw her after a car wreck and since I didn’t have insurance at the time, I had to pay cash up front. That didn’t bother me, but her HUSBAND CONTROLS everything, and I was very dissatisfied!!!

I should have read the review before going to this office. Soooo many negative. Front office staff is unprofessional and rude

Doesn't know what she's doing and always puts people off on other Doctors. Why is she even a doctor if she doesn't know what she's doing.

She is the worst neurologist and I would not recommend her to anybody. She put my dad on seizure medicine then called and asked my mom why she put him on that. So fair warning DO NOT GO THERE!!!

Seeing that I can’t leave a negative stars amount I have to pick a one star. I saw Dr. Pulipaka after a car accident. I was having seizures and sleep walking. I have Epilepsy, but it have been YEARS since I had an episode. She requested that I have an MRI and an EEG. She was unable to read the results. I have a adnoid cyst on my brain. I stayed in the loony to ask a question. She refused to see me. She had mailed me a letter saying that I am no longer her patient. SAY WHAT? Don’t use her!!!

Giving one star because I have to not because it's deserved!! Besides the "dr" very friendly staff & that's the only thing good about this office. Spend your money wisely & go elsewhere!!

I refuse to go back to see this evil spirited woman, she said she didn't want to see me if I didn't take some expensive medicine that I couldn't afford. Very comforting & thorough experience. I was a bit nervous about my testing but Dr. Pulipaka kept me talking & warned me before anything changed or what to expect during my test which helped comfort me. The staff was pleasant, very little wait for my appointment, & Dr. Pulipaka was very kind. The only thing that could make it better would be an updated waiting area with tv or radio... but that isn't really important overall. Thanks Dr. Pulipaka! Very comforting & thorough experience. Dr. Uma seems to be a quiet person and she put me right at ease. She was very nice. Very professional. Even her receptionist and nurse helped me with every thing I needed. She did not hurt me at all. I would recommend her to a friend!

Absolutely horrific experience. As a pain patient, this is a nightmare of a doctor. You will spend loads of time in a waiting room, talk to practically every person there except for Dr. Pulipaka. I spoke with a nurse practitioner for 99% of my visit here and Pulipaka came in for maybe 2 minutes at the end to write a prescription and send me on my way. She did not assess one thing on me, she did not ask any questions, she did not even look at my body or the area of complaint. My MRI information said it was sent over and lo and behold I got a different story about it from three different people at the office theee days in a row on calls with them. They had sent it, they had not sent it, etc. So on almost the 3rd week mark, I canceled all of my appointments with her. If you deal with pain or expect an actual doctor to be a doctor, a care provider, do not waste your time or money with this "specialist." The only thing she specializes in is making people suffer. Always helpful! Really cares for health and welfare of her patients.

1) Always Easy to get appointments with flexibility 2) Very punctual with her appointments and we never have to wait, in and out on time! 3) Tried new medication successfully to improve patient's overall condition 4) Always personally follows up and provides updates

Dr. Pulipaka was professional, helpful, up front, & let me know what was happening during my testing in a calm tone, which help me remain at ease. The ease of scheduling my appointment with the inter office communication between my ortho & nuero made it very simple (which is a relief because I don't have a job where I can spend much time on the phone! )

My wife who suffers from seizures and migraines caused by who knows what, because Dr. Pulipaka has never taken any kind of interest in her case. Dr. Pulipaka always has to look at my wife's medical file to have any recollection of why my wife is standing in front of her. My wife has been seeing her since 4/4/16. On Nov. 2016 she scheduled a 72 hour at home EEG test. It is the 2/14/17 we still do not know the results of the test. Take your Loved ones and run from this quack, we are.

Never met a more ignorant doctor. She requested MRIs for my grandmother, and told us they were fin . Come to find out, the discs in her spine were pinching her spinal fluid off, causing her to go from being able to walk, to using a walker and falling with in months, progressively getting wors . In just talking to her, she sounds like she has no idea what she is talking abou . We still have no idea why my grandmother has migraines constantly. I wouldn't recommend her to an enem .
