The doctor was very detailed and it was a quick and easy experience for the exam and picking out glasses

I really appreciate how helpful the ladies at the front were with ordering me trial contacts of a contact brand they do not usually carry. They really went above and beyond to help me!!!

Could not have asked for better service. Everyone was professional and helpful. Amy took care of my order and she was so easy to talk to .

I was not greeted and I sat in the waiting chair with no how May I help you , what are you here for , what is your name … nothing. Now granit to e appointment I had before this one ai was treated like less then a human beings by Dr Tyler wright. He demanded when I take off my glasses. His tone was extremely mean and rude abs he comments and things he was shaking to me were beyond disrespectful. Now the second apt he did not even greet me just said where are the boxes to my trial lenses I had just put on my eyes to get a checkup on how they fit and the new prescription. They don’t even call u by your name. They do not speak to you professionally. Completely weird doctor I wouldn’t even allow him to close the door he made me feel so uncomfortable. He looks like a petaphile and he has such a fake weird voice the just creeps anyone out it sounds like a voice from a horror movie. He is truely messed up in the head. He was even talking to himself and he doesn’t make any eye contact it’s very strange. I left because he messed up my whole exam and my contacts I received were not the correct prescription. I will never be going there or bread tho at creepy man again. I suggest you all go somewhere else. Our optician Shawny was so talented, personable and helpful. She really was delightful

Shawtee (Shawnee) and Tati were very helpful and friendly. The Dr was cool too. Ty again.

The whole experience was easy and informative. The staff who helped me were great and friendly. They helped break down everything as far as what insurance would and would not cover. Definitely recommend!
