Dr. Hedin and his office staff were excellent!! Very professional and quick to ease our concerns!!

The office staff was professional, courteous and quick to respond. I appreciated all the efforts of masking, and hand santizers dyring COVID 19. Dr. Hedin was a good listener and took the time to explain things to me. Highly recommend!

My husband recently spent 7 days on the Rehab Unit after suffering a traumatic brain injury. Dr. Hedin was professional and treated my husband and I with kindness and respect. He was genuinely interested in our concerns and put our minds at ease. We would recommend Dr. Hedin to anyone.

Dr. Hedin read my MRI and recommended an injection at two(2) levels in my back. Dr. Hedin stated, "I do not need to see the pain specialist at this time, he could handle my care." He did schedule me for a nerve conduction test. I agreed to get an injection as I was in so much pain and getting ready to travel out of state. I got less than 24 hours of relief of relief from the injection; I had to get an emergency flight home as I was in so much pain. I went for a second opinion due to my pain. The doctor said, " based on your symptoms (not the MRI) this is a major injury." This was to my surprise and shock as Dr. Hedin never said that. It was recommended I get a nerve conduction testing right away and see the Nuerosurgeon immediately. The Neurosurgeon said, "based on you're symptoms this pain will not go away and I recommend surgery to correct the erupted disc into spinal cord and that if I did not have surgery I could have permanent nerve damage." At my visit with Dr. Hedin I stated the same symptoms but he did not hear me. I had a change in bowel function and my foot was dragging, this is a sign of more complication. I called Dr.Hedin and he admitted he missed my symptoms. Medical practice takes an oath to do no harm. Dr. Hedin needs to listen to his patients and treat the symptoms! I have filed a dispute with hospital, they agreed to write off my balance and I have filed a grievance with my insurance company. I DO NOT recommend Dr.Hedin as a practitioner. Everybody was so kind and helpful. We got all of our questions answered and some good positive recommendations.

Dr Hedin was caring & thorough. I feel he is doing all he can to find the cause of my problem.

Dr. Hedin was very friendly and explained everything he was doing or going to do. The office staff was very friendly and helpful also.I would Highly recommend Dr Hedin!

Dr. Hedin was very professional and caring. He listened to our concerns and was able to answer any questions we had. We would highly recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Hedin did a Hydrodisection a couple years ago. He knew how nervous I was, because I had a doctor paralyze me in the past with a needle. Anyways he helped me relax and actually laugh durring the procedure, which worked amazingly! He's doing the procedure again because I messed it up by doing a bunch if construction work, I am super excited, because I'm sure my results will be as fabulous as they were last time!
