This is the most painless dentist office I've ever visited. My husband introduced me to it some 15 years ago. I consider all of the staff my professionals and friends.

Love this place. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The dental care is excellent.

I am in awe after having gone to my cleaning session with Kelly. Not only was she very patient and thorough, she did what no other dental hygienist has done- using visuals, she gave me a a straightforward rundown of which areas needed improving and why. Her passion and dedication to her craft is noticeable upon meeting her. This office, in general, has been my hands-down, favorite dentist’s office. I’ve lived all over the country and so that is saying a lot. Another strange and amazing thing to point out about this office is the peaceful ambience. You wouldn’t ever expect that walking into a dentist’s office. I believe the that dedicated people that work at Dr. Tyler D. Clark, Heritage Dental are the reason behind that. I have been going to them for all of my dental work for many years. They have been able to perform repairs other dentists would not attempt and save the teeth. Awful experience.

Gracious staff at all levels listen to my concerns and provide prompt attention to my needs. Dr. Clark has resolved long standing dental problems that were not being addressed adequately at my former dental practice. Heritage Dental is a true local, family dental practice, not an in and out dental care factory.

I’ve been going to Heritage Family Dental for more than 20 years and greatly appreciate their kindness, warmth, and excellent dental care. They operate as a real team and cover for one another without missing a beat. I can’t imagine going anywhere else!

It's always a pleasure to go to Heritage Family Dental. I was especially happy this last time with my 6-month appointment. Thanks to the prescription toothpaste and the mouthwash they recommended, Jody had to look hard for places to clean. The whole staff is outstanding.

Teri, Dr. Clark, and the whole staff are kind, professional, and trustworthy. I would definitely recommend this dental practice.

With the exception of Jody and Kelly I was just another mouth. I've been going to Heritage Family Dental for at least a 1/2 dozen years and have had personal conversations with each of the personnel there. During my last visit only Jody and Kelly greeted me with recognition of the person I am within the context of previous conversations. The rest of my $300.00 visit was robotic. Dr. Clark started his visit with the question, "What exciting is going on in your life?" I'm not there to entertain him. He's there to relate to me and share insights regarding that day's cleaning. Of the other two technicians, the one I had had long conversations with in the past, didn't even greet me. I hope my next visit is more personal on all levels. Hands down the absolute best dentist and dental practice I have ever been to in my 44 years on the planet. Professional, kind, personable, & knowledgeable. We have received our dental care from Dr. O'Hara and Dr. Clark for several years now. Both dentists were knowledgeable, kind, attentive and were perfectionists too. Jody cleans and inspects our teeth, offers good hygiene tips and regales us with great stories of her Hawaiian and other adventures. Kelly staffs the front desk with her organizational expertise and ever-so-fun personality. On the one occasion an dental procedure ran over and I had to wait a while, Jody gave me a coffee gift card; It doesn't.get much better than that! Heritage Family Dental has friendly helpful informative staff. Appointments are easy to schedule. I appreciate the reminder texts alerting me of upcoming appointments. The dental hygienists are professional and treat you with respect. They take special care in your comfort and personal preferences in treatment. Our family of 4 has enjoyed coming to this dental office for at approximately 6 years now. My oral surgery for a gum graft was a huge success eliminating the possibility of root decay. Best dentist in town! He really takes the time to explain to me and anwser questions i have. I took my 6 year old daughter to another densit and i wasnt happy by the way she was treated. Dr. Clark and his assistant really went above to make sure she had a better experience. Im so glad i found him!! he really knows what he's doing!! Best Dental Office in Eugene!! I live in Springfield and can honestly say, even if Dr. Clark was in Salem, I would make the commute. The office is beautiful, their staff is exceptional and the amount of time and consideration Dr. Clark has provided me at every visit are the reasons I am writing this review.

Dr. Clark is a fantastic! I took my 3-year old son to him first, and was so impressed with how he and the staff took care of him that I made the switch myself. Everyone that works there is personable, professional and I have absolute confidence that everything Dr. Clark recommends is needed (and not an up sell). I grew up with the after effects of a bad dental experience when I was young. It caused me to be really afraid of the dentist. Since I've been going to this office it has changed the way I feel about the dentist. Kelly the office manager is always very kind and helpful. The two hygienist that have cleaned my teeth, Terri and Jody are not only great at their job but they are fun to talk to. I can't say enough about their dental assistant Pinida who has always been so very supportive (and funny) when I'm having a procedure done. Dr. Clark is a fantastic dentist, as is Dr. O'Hara. I've been seeing Dr. O'Hara since I moved to Eugene many years ago, and they have always been kind, professional, understanding, and they do absolutely beautiful work. They have found time to fit me into the schedule when emergencies happened and I trust them to do an outstanding job on my teeth. Recently I moved 4 hours away and when I got in an accident and broke a crown I came right back down and they saw me the same day. Great experience with Dr. Clark and entire staff, for myself and my children. Communicates extremely well so I felt like I knew what to expect and he did a great job! Office has new equipment; you can tell they really invest in the practice and stay up to date with training and best practices. Could not be more pleased to have found Dr. Clark!
