My visit went very well. The front office staff was very welcoming and helpful during my appointment. Dr Chadwick is very knowledgeable and eager to listen to my concerns/problems and provided reasonable solutions for me. She took extra time to address additional concerns and offered to assist me with a problem that I was having. The office environment is very cozy and relaxing and they do their best to accommodate me and call me back in a timely manner when I call to ask a question. The Dr and her staff go above and beyond to make sure that I am well taken care of before I leave.

I have seen Dr. Chadwick 3 times for Gynecological evaluations/visits over the last 3 years. Each time she has been very professional, caring, and always took the time to make sure all the questions I had were answered/ explained. Her Medical Assistant is a very knowledgeable and caring person who I enjoy seeing at all of my visits as well. I recommend Dr. Chadwick to all of my friends and family and could not be happier or more satisfied with the care/ treatment that I have received from them.

Had a Papa smear check up.Dr. Chadwick who gave me a lab number to call to find the results. The lab claimed they had never received any sample after two-three weeks as I was told to call them. Of course, I paid co-pay and am sure the doctor charged my insurance. I had to schedule with a different doctor in town for my check up. Now I am getting a reminder letter from Dr. Chadwick's office, saying according to our records, it is time to schedule your appointment for your Pap smear... NOOO!
