This place is terrible. I made an appointment 5 months ago with Dr. Juanita. I called today because I had to reschedule my appointment which was scheduled for April 6th. (I was going to be a new patient). The girl on the phone said they show no appointment for me and was I sure I called the right place. I told her the doctors name (Dr. Juanita) and the time I was supposed to come in. I even gave her the address where they’re located. She told me Dr. Juanita retired. What!!!! We moved her from out of state and we had to get all new doctors. Who else would of made this appointment. So now the girl said well we show no appointment for you anywhere so the soonest we can get you in is June. I have severe arthritis and had to get off all my pain medication because it’s damaging my kidneys. I’m very disappointed how this was handled. This is frustrating, won't take my insurance and will not take my cash! You guys know there's a long wait to see a Rheumatologist. Wouldn't you think you would be more flexible on that. What kind of patient care is this. I will end up back in the hospital if I don't find a Rheumatologist that can provide me with the care I need for this DERMATOMYOSISTIS. GOD HELP US! HE WAS IMPATIENT WITH US. As a new patient we had questions of course, simple ones at that and from start to finish he acted as if he was rushed. Every question we asked he cut us off and spit out a rushed response as if he wasnt getting paid for this visit or something. Very minimal questions about patient history/symptoms. We felt brushed off and left feeling very hopeless and frustrated as we waited 3 months for this appointment just to get in the room to be rushed out less than 10 minutes. Biggest liars and the most ruthless office staff I have met. I have been lied to on several occasions telling me they have made an appointment and me taking time off work and gas to drive 35 miles to be told there was no appointment made (3 separate times). They will throw any associate that is not there under the bus saying it was them that made the mistake. I was told about an unknown balance when I finally had my appointment and since I didnt have it previously paid I was turned away once again. I paid the balance and was told to call with the confirmation number then to make an appointment. I did this and 4 months into all of this was now just told I am not allowed to come and see my doctor and need to start over with another doctor. Why not tell your patient this so they do not put their medical issues off for months and take money from them for gas and time off work? Only a careless individual would do that. Any provider I have ever worked with will be honest and forward with intentions and with your health at their first thought. Careless, uncourteous, and their office is laughable. Nice guy ... absolutely useless as a physician. Very friendly staff and no wait time ... but the actual doctor is from another planet, it seems. Will be seeing another rheumatologist soon :)

Dr Jianu is one of the last of the honest caring doctors in Las Vegas. He actually takes the time to listen to your concerns. His goal is to help you feel better. Careless, greedy, greedy and oh, did I say greedy....same as 89.9% of Las Vegas specialists. Will cancel appointment just because the staff driving the place in full chaos and cannot find prescribed unnecessary test which has been send by fax from outside laboratory.

The day of my moms appointment they called to cancel because she missed some appts in 2004. 16 years ago. Instead of telling her this when she made the appointment, they tell her the day of .. costumer service ??

DO NOT GO TO SEE THIS DOCTOR!!! I can't say this enough!!! He rushes through everything with you, his staff is completely incompetent and their billing is all over the place!! I had been with him for about 5 years because it was difficult to find another rheumatologist in Las Vegas. With the year came new insurance for me, I had 2 insurances and because he didn't take one of them, he wouldn't see me...he wouldn't even take cash. The day of my appointment he turned me away, after 5 years...no "I'm sorry, let's set you up with someone else, I'll fill your scripts one more time". Nothing at all, he didn't care how I was feeling or who I could eventually see, he just hung me out to dry!! The only thing he was worried about was the money he could collect and put in his pocket!! All he's going to do is give you a diagnosis, write you scripts and take the next patient. You're cattle to him!!! I would not recommend him to friends, family or an enemy!!!!! SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!

I just started seeing Dr Jianu. His office staff is nice, the waiting room time is minimal. He took the time to go over my concerns. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family

Visit, I couldn't even make an appointment because the scheduler was off from work for a week and a half, and apparently no one else can make a new patient appointment.

Staff is rude and acts uncaring. Barely speaks to you and when they do they act like they are doing you a favor. Dr. brushes off any concerns or questions and rushes you out. Very unhappy with this clinic

This dr doesn't listen. Take your business somewhere else, he doesn't care. The staff is nice and very helpful. My wife went to see this Dr today, they called her 2-3 weeks ago to schedule the appointment and it was today, after 30 minutes of waiting time the Dr decided no to see her because they didn’t have the medical records which is false, her primary Dr sent those over long time ago and they couldn’t find it. Very unorganized office and the medical staff unprofessional and they are really rude and the best thing the attitude is awful. She will not come back there ever. There are many other Dr offices in Henderson where the customer service is outstanding. People very careful when you pick this one. I do not recommend this office to no one ???????? Finally, Dr changed out his personnel... needed to replace the ones just taking a paycheck but not doing a good job. I’ve always had a great experience here. This is my 3rs RA doc & the best one so far. He’s very kind & open minded about allowing me to choose my ways of controlling this disease. He doesn’t pressure me in anyway. The front desk has never given me any issues, they do lack a little customer service but in all it’s usually a decent experience. He is a very decent doctor. Does blood draws and gives injections and treatments right in the office. Seems to care about his patients and I’ve never had to wait a long time when at the office for an appointment.

horrible staff, they are unprofessional, rude, never answer the phone, very rude, he hires the bottom feeders, oh did I mention they are rude. Never plan that they have done what they needed to do and then they act like they are doing you a favor. Be careful who touches you with a needle

During my treatment of a rare autoimmune disease Dr. decided not to take my insurance anymore, like from one week to next....I was in his office very ill, for my appointment to adjust steriods and discuss treatment and he turned me away. I offered cash to see him and he refused. He stood behind the counter while I pleaded. Btw My insurance was a private pay insurance!

I have Psoriatic Arthritis and saw this doctor after being referred by my dermatologist once arthritis symptoms became more prevalent. I was already taking a biological and had been treated for 7 years. After blood work, he told me to stay away from stress as it will trigger symptoms. He knew I was a first grade teacher and asked me, “What do I have to be stressed about?” He also mixed up my blood work sending me to the hospital for high potassium levels which were fine.

Dr. Jianu is a very caring Doctor. Making sure he explains his procedure step by step. Never rushes you away or ignores your questions. I trust Dr. Jianu as a Medical Professional. I like Dr Jianu as a person. This entire Office exudes caring and treats ALL Patients like they are their ONLY Patient.....You feel good when you step in.

Initially on 12/10/17 my primary care Dr Referred me To Dr Jianu and mentioned That he was able to assist me With my condition “NOT”... I waited 1 month a 2 weeks for my Appointment.. Pretty ridiculous!! For my initial appointment the Staff Ask me to coming “2” HOURS early To fill out my forms ... It took me 3 minutes to fill out My 2 pages form. As soon as I was done saw Dr Jianu Explain to him my condition , Didn’t help much then after 1 minute Dr ordered blood work that I already Had done prior my drs appointment What a waist of time .. RUDE! I seen my primary doctor about 3-4 weeks ago and was told that the Rheumatism office would call me to schedule. Wait a week and a half and nothing. So I call and get the name and number and call them. I spoke with a lady who said the scheduler was off today but she would take my info and have her call me. (So no one can schedule apts the days shes off)? Wait again for over a week and no response. I call today and explain the above only to be asked what my insurance was, nothing other then that. I tell her and she goes well we don't take that. I said its the same as my primary and they refereed me to you. She again said we don't take it. I said okay so no one could've called to tell me this? She said well did you tell the lady you talked to when you called, the insurance? I said no, I wasn't asked. She said well that's probably why no one has called you. I love Dr.Jianu he is the best i have new insurance he does not take it and now I have a terrible Dr he is name a is Neil Braunstein and he sucks ... if you are serious about managing your RA Dr Jianu is your Dr anyone else you are just a number

The staff at Dr Jianu's office is rude and seems to be ready and willing to get rid of potential new patients. I have been calling for over a month to get an appointment as I was referred by my PCP however each time I call they tell me the referral has not been sent when in fact it has been sent several times. The Nurse that answered the phone stated "if we can not get ahold of you we destroy the referral" I was also told "why don't you go see a different doctor"!!! very poor cust service!

Had a lot of difficulty with his office staff not completing requests from Insurance company. The turn over is frequent.

We have been to Dr. Jianu several times and will not go back. We try to give people the benefit of the doubt but today my elderly mom went in to receive the results of her blood work and x-rays of her knees. He did not know why she was there -- did she need an injection? When she replied no that he had told her to come in to get her test results today he responded with get them from the front office! He DID NOT go over the results with her! His knowledge and professionalism is VERY lacking!

The office won't see cash paying patients, must have insurance.

Best doctor!!!!! He is always happy and friendly! Usually I do not have to wait but a few minutes to see him.

The good: Able to get an appointment promptly at this office and wait time is low. The bad: not sure that he takes outside test results seriously and seems nonchalant about the results. I had to point out specific points that would have been overlooked. Very blunt. Just not sure that his bedside manner is for me and will be obtaining a second opinion elsewhere.

During my visit with Dr. Jianu he told me that I wasn't sick, just lazy and that exercise was the answer for me. I got a second opinion and was diagosed with lupus. I had to start aggressive treatment immediately as the lupus has already caused major damage. If I had listened to this rude doctor, who knows what could have happened?! Ridiculous..
