I have all good things to say about Dr Rickman. I see her on Patterson Ave. Her admin staff there is terrible. The receptionist is rude, impatient and disrespectful . I dread any interaction I need to have with her.

Dr. Rickman is an excellent physician. Her staff however is another story. The front office receptionist seems to be in a chronic state of confusion and regularly challenges patients on issues. I have witnessed numerous times where patients arrive for an appointment only to be told they do not have an appointment. Then the patient produces proof of appointment given to them at their previous appointment. The receptionist regularly ignores the ringing phone while gossiping with other staff.

Dr. Rickman has been my nephrologist for a few years now. She is very thorough and listens to my concerns. She is always very honest and takes the time to find the best treatment for my particular needs. I rely on her advice and guidance when I go to other doctors; I know I can call her anytime and get an opinion on the prescriptions other physicians recommend. I can trust that she has my best interest at heart.

I like Dr. Rickman for many reasons. One of the important ones is if another Dr. gives me an antibodic, I can call and her nurse will take my call and find out if it's safe for me to take it.
