The visit was good, but make sure your insurance covers your eye exam. If you don’t, they won’t tell you and you will get a bill in the mail.

Had an excellent experience from check in through exam. The staff is efficient and respectful. The Optomap for retina scanning was a huge game changer and worth ever penny. No more numbing eye drops that make me sick! Thanks

Impossible to trust a doctor who, when you decline a procedure to your own body, refuses to NOT do that procedure. Have been declining for 25-years - never a problem. I would look elsewhere for a doctor who respects individual choice with regard to non-emergency medical procedures. Its important to me that my doctor respect the choices I make concerning my own body. If this is important to you, look elsewhere for a doctor who does. My optometrist was very pleasant and I had a very great experience.

Kind, friendly, and helpful people. I was in and out of my appointment quickly, and the process for finding new frames was painless.

I've been going there for many years for my eye exams and have always had a good experience. The staff are all great!

My family and I have been using Dr. Power's office for a few years. It's always been pleasant, quick, and thorough. Yesterday's visit though changed my entire opinion based on the treatment from the rude receptionist. Each interaction with her was short, rude, and condescending. It's amazing how one person's treatment towards you can change your whole perspective of the entire office. Some customer service skills and patient etiquette definitely needs re-taught to this staff member. My family and I have been using Dr. Power's office for a few years. Erin Petersen was very patient with me and my questions. All the staff was kind and the place was really clean. I would recommend highly.

Dr. Petersen was great. Super friendly and personable, and was very efficient with her time. I was able to have a full diabetic eye exam done in under half an hour. Very impressed

Excellent service!!! Took the time to ensure I understood everything he had to report.

They listen to me and addressed what I needed as a traveler for a healthcare company that moves around a lot. I was seen and given the update I needed to get corrected lenses for my glasses.

I continue to see Dr. Powers because he always gives me a thorough explanation of the condition of my eyes. His exam is top notch and very skilled with explanation in laymen terms!

Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The front desk staff were very good and Dr. Powers was terrific. I was in and out very quickly. Good experience.

I was in a tough situation. I have very poor eyesight and I had no glasses and had ripped my last contact lens. I called and was able to be seen that day! Contacts are on order and had my new glasses within an hour after my appointment at my local Lens Crafters.

Take me off your email list. I DO NOT use lens crafters.

Incredibly rude and condescending! So full of himself and arrogant, not willing to work with perscription/contact preference. Never coming back

I was very disappointed with the exam based on a follow up call I placed to the office. Most of the lenses in store were above a price and style I was willing to pay for so I went to them just for the exam and make a purchase online to save my budget as I have no vision coverage currently. I called the office a few days after my exam and asked for a specific piece of info my online store of choice was asking for. I inquired about my pupil distance which was someone who doesn't buy glasses frequently I didn't have any idea what that was. When I called in to receive this information that I had assumed would be part my 150 plus dollar eye exam I was informed that this office doesn't take that measurement unless they are specifically asked. When I asked if I could come to have It measure for me was referred to by the staff to "Google how to measure it." This experience left a very poor taste in my mouth as it was poor customer service and it also feels like that info was withheld from me to make sure I made a purchase in this specific store. I will not be reccomending this exam office to any of my friends or family. I was very disappointed with the exam based on a follow up call I placed to the office. … More

Troy Powers office is very friendly. All the staff were very helpful and always made sure I understood what was going on through all pre testing. Back with the doctors I have seen all of them, and all are very nice and explained what they were doing and testing as it was happening. brought my famly to him and never had such a bad experience, my grandmother went there for catarac surgery and she said it was very painful and her eys have never got any better,and she said the people there were very rude and uncaring about how you expressed your concerns, never again

I really like my doctor, he's fantastic, but unfortunately I will be looking for a new office to schedule eye exams. They are so disorganized and make the simplest things very inconvenient for the customer. They always try to have you come back in if your prescription has changed and you've been wearing trial lenses (same brand, etc) just so the doctor can say they are ok, before they will finalize your prescription. Because it's much cheaper to order contacts online, I ask that they release the prescription to the online retailer and after 8 phone calls and the online retailer being the one to stay on top of it, my order is finally being processed. I said it after my last exam and gave it another try. But because I'm saying it again, I have to say that I will not be back. I really like my doctor, he's fantastic, but unfortunately I will be looking for a new office to schedule eye exams.
