Troy mounts is cheating on his wife with a 23 year old he used to work with. Be careful coming here if you are a woman, or are bringing your daughter. This man is sick. He has a daughter that’s around the same age as the girls he cheats on his wife with.

I love Dr Mounts. He is warm friendly, and highly knowledgeable. Hint, he's too busy for chit chat. Get to the point. He'll answer all your questions, and explain anything. He wants you to understand.

Very polite staff, and Dr. Mounts explained everything where I understood about my surgery. I highly recommend him.

I have had so many issues with my lawyer helpers making so many scheduled app goofy up's The Easy Lien personal make many scheduling mistake. I had no choice but the call the surgeon Troy, he was so kind & understanding about the mix up. I was suppose to have two X-rays, instead the Easy Lien personal ordered L-spine & C-spine .MRI's instead of the X-rays Of course, that cost will be deducted from my case. My point is that he is a great surgeon. He heart. Really care about the welfare of his patients.

The best surgery experience & Post-Op care ever. Dr. Mounts is a skilled surgeon who takes an interest in his patients and gives you his of time and attention and returns calls & texts. As an active 60+ male I am back doing all the outdoor sports I love (cycling, golfing, hiking& gym workouts) 4 months after a lower lumbar fusion of 3 vertabrae & laminectomy. I recommend him to anyone have a spinal procedure or surgery.

I had surgery February 10 on my spine Dr Troy did an amazing job my neck my left arm doesn’t hurt me anymore so I give him a 10+ he’s an amazing doctor don’t be afraid to have surgery. If you need it, they took good care of me him and his staff. Thank you Dr Troy for everything.

Great follow through. Always pleasant and courteous when speaking to scheduling personnel. I would recommend Dr. Mounts to anyone that has back issues.

Hand Down the BEST around in dealing with diagnosis and treatment options for my back and leg pain. If you are in pain, I would highly recommend a visit!

Dr. Mounts has proved to br a very exceptional doctor in comparison to some other doctors these days. He truly cares about his patients and I would be just one amongst the many. I had a horrific fall in my mid-thirties and was told I’d probably have Osteoporosis throughout my body due to damages. Now, 2 hip replacements, 1 new knee replacement, 1 reverse shoulder replacement, 1 neck surgery, scoliosis of the spine, 1 shoulder riddled with Titanium screws trying to hold it together. I live with pain every day of my life. The only relief I get is from over the counter pain relievers because I don’t want to get hooked on anything stronger. Dr Mounts is the most caring Dr I’ve ever met. He takes time with you to answer all of your questions. I went to see Dr. Mounts for chronic low back pain that was flaring up frequently. He did a good job of examining me and ordering the appropriate imaging tests. When the tests showed that surgery was not necessarily indicated, he took a conservative approach and ordered physical therapy for me. I had a good result from the PT, and my back is feeling much better. Dr. Mounts told me what to watch for moving forward, and if my symptoms get worse again, I will certainly go back to him. Dr Troy Mounts is first of all honest. He takes time to explain your issues and he is calm. His bedside manor is wonderful. He did a fabulous job correcting my neck issues with surgery. Dr. Mounts is excellent. He was able to resolve my problem that painfully plagued me for almost 2 years. Numerous cortisone shots under anesthesia from another doctor failed to achieve any results. Dr. Mounts resolved my pain in one 10-minute session in his office. I would highly recommend Dr. Mounts.

He is very thorough when he explained my problems. He showed me on the MRI and X-ray where my problems were. He took his time with me and had excellent bedside manners. I would highly recommend him for a spinal orthopedic Dr.

I'm 6 months out from Lumbar Fusion surgery and I feel 1000 times better. I'm active busy taking 80% less pain meds and I'm having so much less pain. Life is good again.

I had a check up last week with Dr. Mounts and as usual I received the utmost respect that he always shows his patients. He explained how my x-rays looked and answered all my questions. I'm so glad I have him as my surgeon.

Had major cervical restructuring by Dr Mount results have been exceptional . After a very painful recovery, I can now walk normally, have very little neck pain, and my balance has improved to near perfect. I feel like a new person. He knows what he is doing.

I recently underwent a L4-L5 and L5-S1 Spinal Fusion Surgery (six months post op). Over the course of 15 years, I’ve met with multiple spine surgeons, all who recommended surgery; however, I refused up until now. Being that I was a competitive gymnast in my adolescence, my back had quite a bit of damage to it. You never expect to have spinal surgery at age 40 and I was still reluctant to do so. What made the difference was actually seeing my scans and X-rays. Dr. Mounts showed these to me and explained in depth the problems and how he would go about to fix it. I never felt pressured, despite many physicians previously saying I needed to do it. He was willing to manage the problem even if he didn’t operate. In addition, I’ve been fighting a long battle with cancer so the last thing I wanted to subject myself to was another surgery. After careful consideration, I went ahead and had it done. It was no cake walk, but Dr. Mounts helped every step of the way. I am now six months recovered and ran for the first time a few days ago. Lastly, I should mention that I’m used to top notch health care (Johns Hopkins, Georgetown) and have found the access to quality health care, in this area, very difficult. Dr. Mounts exhibits everything you want in a clinical professional. He’s easy to talk to, patient and extremely methodical. I don’t remember the last time I did a review, but felt it necessary to write this one. Hopefully, this helps someone else who is having difficulty finding the right orthopedic surgeon. Dr. Mounts is a Awesome person. As a Dr. He explains everything and fixes the problem!!!! I have had minor back surgery and surgery on my neck fused, with Great range of motion in about 2 months or less. Dr. Mounts would be the surgeon to pick!! I recommend him to everyone!

I had a bulging disc in my neck that was touching my spinal cord- worst pain and time of my life. I had a disc replacement surgery with Dr. Mounts. I was scared to death to have this surgery at 45 years old but it was the best decision for me and Dr. Mounts was most definitely the best doctor to perform that surgery. He is kind, sympathetic, he listens and answers whatever questions you may have, and is extremely knowledgeable.
