I was very dissatisfied with Dr. Jones. For one thing, he never followed up on care. Blood work was an incidental to him. There were other issues, as well. I left him, when he quite flippantly dismissed my claim of an ear infection. He and his nurse both asserted no infection was present. The pain was enormous. I decided to see a specialist and was diagnosed with what I'd been saying all along. However, the infection worsened to an alarming state.

Dr. Jones is the most caring, knowledgeable and talented physician I have ever known. Anyone lucky enough to be seen by him will receive incredible care and a treatment plan that will help manage any medical issue.

He is the only doctor that takes time to listen to what is actually going on. I appreciate that more than anything. I can open up to him and tell him anything and that is rare for me. I recommend him to anyone!!! The staff is absolutely caring and they are just as sweet as cab be. Thank y'all for taking such good care of me.
