Dr. Troy P. Fabregas

Dr.Fabregas is very kind and thorough, great bedside manner. His staff on the other hand is absolutely horrible. Every time I have called to make and appointment or request results on blood work I always get the response of “ I will send a message and someone will get back to you”, and I never receive any call back. Another horrible interaction was when a nurse tried to read my personal results over the phone as well as diagnose. When I requested to have this conversation with the doctor, the nurse refused. I then went to the office and had a personal conversation with the doctor who apologized and I agreed to give his office another try. Now after a second situation I am now not returning. Great doctor who knows his stuff and cares about his patients. He’s a really nice guy as well.

I really like Dr Troy, however the office is one of the worst Dr's offices I've ever dealt with. The receptionist or office manager is very passive aggressive and they treat you like you're an inconvenience. On multiple occasions I've walked away thinking what a great office this would be (because I like Dr. Troy and the PA there) but the people in office are rude and inconsiderate. I always find Dr Troy and Linda, the NP, to be very thorough and knowledgeable. They are both equally kind. I make appointments with whomever has first availability, as I am comfortable with both. I have referred family members and friends to them and they have all been very pleased. This is a small practice, which I like better then going to the big state of the art, impersonal ones. The front girl desk is extremely rude. The absolute worse staff, incompetent ,not helpful in anyway . Youll wait 20 min in waiting room and another hour in exam room and hear all about their kids while you wait . Goooood luck

The Blond girl at the front desk is very rude will put you on hold 100% of time even if shes not busy she has a serious cas of RBF. The staff is completely incompetent and not helpful at all . I will be looking for a new Md

HORRIBLE! Do not go to this fraud. He acts really nice in person but does not follow up and his staff is atrocious. He does not return phone calls, does not go over results with you and then the staff claims that they can't release your own records to you without him going over them but he never calls back?? But they have no problem processing the billing on time??? So disappointed that I gave this non-professional a second chance. I wish I would have used my annual check up on a REAL doctor. Came here two years ago for what was supposed to be a normal physical, an annual well visit. I have very good insurance that this office takes which I made sure of- and was never sent a bill for a well visit at any other doctor office that I have gone to in the past. An annual well visit is supposed to be covered under my insurance. It’s two years later and I’ve been in a constant battle back and forth between this office who tested me for a large number of tests that weren’t covered under a normal well visit supposedly, the lab and my insurance company. It’s the offices fault and I should have been informed if I was being tested for anything outside the norm of a well visit. The office staff was not helpful and did not admit to any faults- they got paid so that’s all that matters. I’m now forced to pay a $200 bill- even with health insurance-to a doctor office I went to once. Would most definitely not recommend and wish I never went here to begin with. It doesn’t matter about my visit. It matter that it take almost a full month to hear back from the office with results. That’s unacceptable. I will mot be returning.

Very thorough doctor who listens and remembers everything!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Fabregas since he took over for Dr. Anderson. His bedside manner and genuine care is always something to look forward too. The most loving and caring doctor I have ever seen. I have been going there since his first day at Dr. Aldersons practice and followed him . He has never steered me wrong. He listens when no one else will. My whole family goes to him. Love, Love Love !

Dr Fabregas is an excellent, caring doctor, with a fine “bedside manner”, who listens to your concerns and views. Not the “do this because I’m the doctor and I say so” type at all. We have been going to him for over twenty years.

I am a relatively new patient. I've seen Dr. Fabregas on three occasions in 2019 and I am very impressed. When he is with you he gives you his full attention. You never feel rushed. On my first visit I needed some paperwork completed and it was done within a few days. The wait time beyond the appointed time is not excessive. As someone who generally does not like doctors, it is a pleasant experience to visit his office.

Takes the time to listen to you and is very thorough. He doesn’t rush through his appointments! Everyone at the office is also very friendly!

Dr. Fabregas is the most thorough, intelligent, respectful, compassionate and caring doctor that I have ever met. I am lucky to have him as my primary care provider.

If you require any forms filled out for any reason, they will NEVER do it and are quite nasty about it. I wonder if Dr. Fabregas ever reads these posts as nothing has been done to correct this.

When I went to see this doctor the toilet was over flowing the whole office smelled like a sewer. His associate laughed at me when I had hallucinations from medication he gave me

Very thorough doctor who takes the time to explain and listen to you

I had the same PCP for 30 years & when he retired I was scared because I know how difficult it can be to find a new Dr.then I found Dr. Fabregas.from the moment I met him he made me feel so comfortable, NEVER rushed.He is wonderful & the staff is great too.very friendly & all smiles!

I started with Dr. Fabregas 20 years ago and he is not only an excellent doctor, but truly knowledgeable and caring. He is thorough and considerate in handling all of my concerns and always willing to go above and beyond in his diagnosis and treatments. Dr. Fabregas is a doctor's doctor. He is knowledgeable, caring and easy to talk to. He knows his stuff and has done everything to keep me as healthy as possible. When I see him, I know that I will receive his total attention and the benefit of his thorough approach. He is always pleasant, optimistic and willing to go above and beyond regular routine whenever I see him.

Dr. Fabregas and his PA Linda make a good team. They are always pleasant and best of all they know their stuff. Their prescriptions are always on point with my symptoms.

I have been going to his office for years, I love Dr. Fabregas, he is so caring and spends time with you. The staff has gotten better, is was really bad for a while. His PA's come and go, which I don't like, you get to know them, and like them, and then gone.. My biggest complaint, the cleanness of the office, it really needs help, it looks dirty from the front door, in the waiting room, and the exam rooms. It really turns me off !

Continued: I didn't have the whole $150 and I didn't feel well at all. At a previous appt dr. Fabregas himself told me a year a go or so why I waited so long to come see him and I told him I was waiting for my insurance to kick in. He said please don't ever do that again. If your not feeling well come in and we will work with you. Well they did not honor that sincere offer and I will never go back there again.
