I have been working several years work Dr Kitchen and Dr Anderson from COPC with remarkable improvements. Dr Kitchen has helped with my overall health and issues with my knees . Over health much improved walking back to 10k steps per day!

Don't really care for going to the Doctors office. This practice is pretty painless and extremely friendly and welcoming.

Dr. Kitchin always listens to and hears my concerns. I appreciate his extensive knowledge of how to treat my issues. I also appreciate the fact that he keeps to my appointment time, and doesn't keep me waiting on him.

Dr. Kitchin interacts very well with his patients. He is extremely knowledgeable and always has a listening ear. I will definitely refer family and friends.

Dr Kitchin is great. Knowledgeable, caring and takes the time to talk and answer questions. His nurse is great also. We could not be happier with them both. Highly recommend.

Dr Kitchin has been my physician for year and is fantastic - 11/10, Spinal Tap style (the film, not the procedure).

I love my doctors office and doctor but sometimes I feel they do things to generate additional revenue. A tactic most companies do. Now it’s on me for not speaking up but if you know you have an appointment and it will require fasting exams, why not schedule the fasting exam instead of scheduling after the initial visit. Now you are required to go back a second time out of a already busy schedule to do so. I understand this is our health but our health is partially in the hands of our providers. But overall Trevor is a great doctor and provider and would recommend him to any and all along with Westerville Family Practice. Friendly, did not rush, answered all my questions and his staff immediately called to schedule test. Thank you Dr. Kitchin.

I had COVID symptoms and need to have checked followed test. Dr. Kitchin quickly called me setup an appointment to test. As he promised, next day he communicated results of the test. Thank you very much Dr. Kitchin and you staff.

Attentive, answered questions and explained what the possible issues are and their solutions. Appreciate his focus and thoroughness on my health exam.

It is ways a good experience here. People are so ready to help. Very understanding, informative, empathetic and professional. Not stodgy...you can talk with them and get straight info. Dr. Kitchen is really a good man to know. I appreciate his care for me very much. I'm sure that I'm one of his minor cases but he treats as if it's a very important issue, which it certainly is. I've been going to Westerville Family Physicians for maybe close to 40 years now, starting with Dr. Terry Slayman, then Dr's. Neil Richard and Trevor Kitchen for a troubled knee and injections. My visit was a very good one. They were a full service stop. Doc. Kitchen was an excellent choice. He had xrays done. He showed the xrays to me and discussed them. He was very professional and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone. If I ever need help again I will see Doc Kitchen.

Asked advise re pain in elbow for 6-8 weeks.

I saw Dr. Kitchin as an urgent care patient earlier this week. I had damaged my rotator cuff. He listened carefully to my symptoms and prescribed a course of treatment that has given me very quick relief from my pain and restriction of movement.

I was very pleased with my visit at Dr. Kitchin’s office. Dr. Kitchin made me feel at ease. He listened to my concerns and was glad to answer my questions. The visit was quick and efficient from checkin, evaluation, X-ray and checkout.

My appointment was on time, managed professionally and personal. A pleasant experience.

He listens to my problems and always suggest options. I am very happy with his follow up check ups.

Dr Kitchin is my favorite doctor I have ever visited. Very thorough, listens to all your concerns, explains diagnosis very well and always asks if there’s anything else before leaving your room. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a doctor. A+!

Always very thorough. Asks questions and listens to client's response. Always offers several options and discusses each option clearly. Always very courteous and has excellent bedside manner. Always every prompt, no long office waiting. Very knowledgeable and trustworthy. Highly recommend.

Doctor Kitchin is amazing. He was very understanding, supportive, and did not rush the appointment. I am so glad he's my PCP.

I was seen right at my appt time. I was not kept waiting - once taken to the exam room, Dr. Kitchin came in within 5min! He asked questions, completed the exam, gave me an explanation of the diagnosis & provided next steps. In & out within half an hour, but did not feel rushed. Great experience!

I came in as a referral for a cortisone shot. He took the time to discuss my current and future options, reviewed my x-rays. He helped make it a very quick, painless and informative process.
