Tracey was lovely! Kind, careful and took the time to make sure I understood what she was doing and why. The visit was very pleasant and enlightening. I found the technology fascinating and she took ample time to explain everything.

Dr, Sax provided Information about the test procedures that she was performing before and during their execution; I found this quite helpful In reducing my anxiety. She provided a summary of results and described the additional tests that she was ordering to further aid In diagnosing and treating my symptoms. I felt that Dr. Sax demonstrated both professional proficiency and a high level of patient rapport.This following comment is relative to my experience with Providence care across all provider types and practices - The wait time between selecting a provider and obtaining a first appointment with that provider is excessive, in many cases months not weeks. Referral and procedure pre-approvals regularly add one to two weeks to that elapsed time since provider schedulers will not schedule appointments without pre-approval being granted.

Dr. Sax was great. Dealing with the office staff was the hardest part of the visit

1. Dr. Sax was the most compassionate, thoughtful and TRULY PRESENT physician I have ever met, and I was a nurse practitioner, so I have seen a few.2. The ergonomics of her procedure table were awful for her, and is a recipe for back problems for an outstanding provider. Seriously, do I need to hold a bake sale to get this doctor a hydraulic lift better table?3. Did I tell you how great Dr. Sax is???

Dr. Sax is a very good communicator, personable and punctual. The office and clinic staff reflect the same qualities as Dr. Sax.

Dr. Tracy Sax is one of the most caring and kind physicians I have had the experience of knowing. As a medical professional and patient, I have met many Neurologists. None compare to her with her intelligence, knowledge base and up to date information. She is willing to listen about concerns, discuss alternative treatments and understand refusal to take certain medications that are "black boxed" by the FDA. Treatments that she administered with given in an efficient and proficient manner, apologizing for any pain they caused! She should be the first choice when looking for a great Neurologist.
