Well, I’ve be seeing Dr. Asher for over 12 years. He used to be a good doctor until he moved over to Saint Francis! Now you can never get an appointment, his office staff is so incredibly rude every time you call and he apparently won’t even refill prescriptions on things you have been taking for years because he has to see you first. Unfortunately, he isn’t available to see you within a timely manner. I’ll be finding a provider that actually cares like I thought he did.

So, unfortunately I am not rating 1 star due to this doctor's performance. He's thorough and great if all you need is a physical and referrals. He and his office USED to be great on all aspects. Now, any time you are sick you're referred to urgent care by the very rude and condescending sounding Maria that answers the phones. No point in having a primary care physician that has no interest in seeing anyone that can't wait 2weeks- a month to be seen! Then also have to deal with incompetence and attitude when calling. This is ridiculous. Sorry Asher.

Dr. Asher is an incredibly genuine, thoughtful, and knowledgeable doctor. Easily one of the top doctors I have ever seen in my life. The wait time at his practice is extremely long, but he's worth it!

It always seems to be ok if you, as a customer, wait in the lobby or room for two hours to see the doctor. However, if you’re late for 15 minutes to your appointment, it’ll get canceled. Don’t trust doctors - they’re evil and deceitful.

My Dr. of over 40yrs retired, I needed an immediate Doctor for a rather minor (at time) rash on foot, without going into long detail I had extreme reaction to something but he sure nailed it and I give him and staff solid 5 stars!!!

Dr Asher is the best in town. Love that the clinic is open 7 days a week and offers after hours care for minor emergencies.

Dr. Asher is amazing. All of these doctors are. I have seen them all. There is a bit of a wait here but it’s well worth it. They are very educated on medication and treatment and are very well known and respected. I’m very happy here. I’m grateful for all they have done for me.

What a worthless “doctors office”. Do not go here if you actually like to receive treatment. Went here after hours for a major issue saw the doctor for less than a minute (not exaggerating). Took a X-ray and drew some blood. Did not see the doctor again for the rest of the visit. Nurse cane in with a script for a heavy narcotic (I do not take) and ibprophen and informed me to call my “real” doctor the next day. I was upset and asked what did the X-ray show which she left then came back and said he stated it was fine. Then when checking out and was informed my X-ray was to be sent out for a second opinion and was charged for it. Pain was still there the next day so called twice. Did not get a response so went after work while they were still open. My “real” doctor refused to see me stating I need to come in during regular business hours and this was not an urgent care need. Meanwhile there is only one lady in the waiting room that did not seem to have any issues that required urgent care either. I informed the receptionist I needed my call back to see why my X-rays were being sent off. Never received a call back so called before they were closing and after waiting 30 minutes was informed I needed to call the previous doctor the next day since he did not know why they were sent off. I repeat do not go here if you seek treatment!

Never! Cold nonempathetic staff. 1st visit spent over an hour in the exam room. The doctor spent a total of 15 minutes with me. 2nd visit spent 10 minutes with me only because I asked for a better explanation of my test results. The person that called to give me my results at one point said "hold on and let me look that up". If I'm paying you $25 and the insurance is paying you $130 I expect a little more than 15 minutes.

Just Moved to Tulsa last Year and was informed by a close friend to try Dr. Asher. I was surprised that he took time to really listen to my complaint and past medical history. He completed a thorough and profession Exam as our new Family Physician. Just recently I was ill and couldn't come into the office I was able to get a personal call from him which was greatly appreciated by myself and family.

Started going due to needing a new doctor after moving. I can't speak for the other doctors but I was assigned to Doctor Bolton. Immediately ran into issues getting my medications transferred over. Was forced to up my prescription for ADHD to 25mg instead of keeping it at the 20mg that I was comfortable because the doctor didn't told me that the XR version of my medication is all I'm allowed to be prescribed now (and I can only get it at 25mg and not 20mg). A month later, I'm told I need to go pay $800 (the doctor himself didn't quote this price but I called the sleep clinic for a price quote) for a sleep study because it's the true cause of my ADD. Apparently that's a "new" requirement that all doctors are required to do now. I put off for a couple of months until the doctor told me he wouldn't be able to help me any longer unless I went and participated in a sleep study. I decided this was BS and I was able to make an appointment with another doctor's office who told me that a treatment wouldn't be needed, they also told me that 25mg version of my medication isn't required. I don't like being lied or misled by a doctor of all people nor do I like being told that the $800 cost of a non-required treatment, that I believe is totally unwarranted, "doesn't matter". It does matter. Started going due to needing a new doctor after moving. I can't speak for the other doctors but I was assigned to Doctor Bolton. Immediately ran into issues getting my medications transferred over. Was forced to up my prescription for ADHD … More

My husband has crazy bad luck and has weird stuff happen, I love that Dr Asher will do extra research to figure something out and is quick to send to a specialist rather than trying everything he can think of first. He always gets the reports for the specialist and stays on top of an issue and every referal we have gotten has been great! I go in for normal issues and he gives me an acurate diagnosis and explains why he is advising the treatment he does, instead of just here take this pill. My only complaint is sometimes the office gets backed up and you could be waiting for longer than I would like once you get there, but he is worth the wait

My family and I have gone to Dr Asher for many years now. I find him to be extremely competent. He is aggressive in his treatment when he needs to be. He has a great 'bedside' manner. And I strongly disagree with the previous reviewer ... mostly because Dr Asher is a 'HE' and not a 'SHE'

She didn't believe I had a full knee replacement and then said she has scars too. Rough and doesn't work well with mental problems. She does not wear a wedding ring so she can't be worth a darn or someone would have scooped her up. But no she is a dumb, hateful, and just plain rude!!!!!
