Seeing the high number of 1 star reviews was not surprising at all. Extremely uncoordinated scheduling, rude front desk staff, and shady billing practices.

Tracy Nauser is a stain on the medical community. Her office is ran like a used car dealership. They treat you like a second class citizen for utilizing their services. Horrible experience. Awful people

One star is not low enough for this TERRIBLE provider. We scheduled an appt paid the $150 fee and they refused to see us because two lines on the last page of the consent form were blurred. We were not given an opporunity to add to the form, our appointment was cancelled and we were told they were keeping our money. The front office staff were rude and unprofessional the office manager cussed at us. The issue was brought to the attention of the provider and she did nothing. She was rude and did not display one ounce of empathy towards my wife. The office and this provider fraudently schedule and keep your money. This is one provider you need to avoid at all costs. She should not be allowed to treat people as she does. RUN as fast as your can from her and her office.

In 1 word: UNPROFESSIONAL! During my health history, the nurse asked me 3x if I was a female! It was insulting & awkward and the "inclusion" attempt failed miserably. Next, a MALE doc enters my room saying he's going to examine me since Dr. Nauser is behind on time, which is NOT ok! Not who I scheduled with nor who I want up-close and personal down there. So I waites even longer for Dr. Nauser. Dr. Nauser finally comes in arrogant and condescending. No greeting or small talk. She didn't take my concerns seriously. She rolled her eyes and cut me off while talking, made me feel uncomfortable exposing my body to her during the ROUGH exam, like she was judging me. I will never EVER be back to see Dr. Nauser. I can't even image her delivering someone's baby. She'd probably yank it out and chuck it across the room while laughing at you in pain! She may want to retire soon because she is a horrible doctor. Maybe I should've went with the male doctor afterall...

I was hesitant on writing this review because I'd hate to scorn someone's reputation if they're just having a "bad" day...but then I realized, people in the healthCARE industry don't get an excuse to be unprofessional & rude to their patients, so I decided to share my experience and hopefully spare others the humiliation and disrespect I received. So, here it is... ???? Unexperienced nurse, worst doctor, awful experience! I saw Dr. Nauser 10 years ago and was excited to schedule back with her after moving back to the area. What a joke! ???? First, during my health history, the nurse asked me 3x if I was a female! If i was assigned female at birth...if I identify as female...if I consider myself a female, now. How many times do I have to tell you I'm a female-born, female-raised, female-up-to-this-exact-moment-FEMALE!! It was insulting & awkward and the "inclusion" effort attempt here failed miserably. ???? Next, a MALE doctor (not Dr. Nauser) enters my room saying he's going to examine me since Dr. Nauser is behind on time, which is NOT ok! That's not who I scheduled my appt with, not who I want up-close and personal down there and not who I expected to barge in the room! So I ended up waiting even longer for Dr. Nauser, who I originally scheduled with. ???? Finally, Dr. Nauser comes in. No greeting or small talk, just straight to any concerns or questions? When I mentioned that I was interested but hesitant on getting pregnant because of possible birth complications, she literally said, "Don't worry about that now. Your job is to get pregnant first, my job is to get it out of you later." She didn't take my concerns seriously and was very arrogant and judgemental in her answers. ???? Oh, and she rolls her eyes and cuts you off while you're talking, too! ???? Then she lectured me: If I even got pregnant and my blood sugars were not 100% in check, I would most likely have birth defects and we'd have to decide if I want to keep it or not! Just WOW. ???? She was not personable at all. I felt so uncomfortable exposing my body to her after how rude and judgemental she was being. Lastly, the exam was rough. Way rougher than others doctors. She said several other things that were unprofessional, but I won't mention them here. ???? Needless to say, I will never EVER be back to see Dr. Nauser. I have been a patient here for a number of years, Dr. Nauser and her team are the best of the best! They always take the time to listen my concerns and are responsive but more importantly respectful of my wishes. I would highly recommend! ????????

Take their time, care so much and cherish every appointment

The most thorough exam for infertility that I have had in 10 years. Basically decided to start over and get a second opinion. Love Dr. Nauser. She went over everything. So detailed.

Where to start? Dr. Hode’s almost delivered my first child 15 years ago. Unfortunately, I didn’t make it to the hospital in time and he was born in the toilet. Dr came in later and laughed. He said he’d never had a child born in the toilet. Love him to LIFE! The best! Fast forward 10 months later, I delivered my second child who is now 14. This time it was Dr. Nauser’s turn lol. I gave her hell! She was amazing the whole time. I remember apologizing after he was born for the things I said during labor. But I would 1000% recommend! Never went to my appointment. They seemed nice but I set up an appointment with dr Nauser. The day of I got a text reminder I had an appointment. Come to realize it was with the nurse practitioner. So called them and they said it would be on my 3rd appointment that I would see dr Nauser, according to their rotation. So like who will deliver the baby? Lol whoever is on rotation? No thanks! Dr. Nauser is the most down to earth doctor I have every been to. I’ve been going to her for over 3 years and she always make me feel comfortable and at ease. If you can get in with her Go!

The people here are rude and have no customer service. I am changing my OBGYN as we speak. I hate this place. they are horrible.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I have endometriosis and have been waiting for over a month to be seen. I was finally scheduled for an appt and accidentally overslept, I called before just showing up late to make sure I could still be seen and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude then proceeded to tell me she could not release my records to me! Never have I heard of a doctors office not willing to release patient records. After telling me I could not come in, come to find out according to her there would not be another open spot until April it’s February and I have been waiting since January. I had the worst experience with the office manager! When I called this morning she was nothing but rude and to make it worse she made it seem like I had done something wrong. I went to schedule an appointment and there was a problem with my insurance so I had to call them. My apt was supposed to be today and I called this morning to make sure everything was good to go with my insurance and they said yes but I’d have to pay $1,300 upfront (insurance covers everything so that’s wrong) then they said they couldn’t even see me so they cancelled my appointment 30 minutes before it was supposed to happen!!! NOTE THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THEM ONE STAR WAS BECAUSE I COULDNT GIVE THEM 0!!! I had the worst experience with the office manager! I had a very positive experience with Dr. Nauser and her entire staff. From the woman who schedules appointments to the nurses to the doctor herself. Everyone was great. I had an average wait time and found the waiting room and exam room to be incredibly clean. Dr. Nauser is hilarious, she’s real and I find women like her to make the best doctors. Very happy to have found her and her practice. Definitely worth the drive, as she’s in the next state over.

She swears like a sailer & is so unprofessional. Almost always behind on appointments (30-hour waits). Seems as if she is bothered when talking to her.

Hands down the worst experience I've ever had. She spoke about my personal medical issues with the door wide open. Multiple times during my pap exam the door was opened with me fully exposed. Forward a month, they take 100 bucks from me due to "non payment" though I only received 1 bill and that was within the last couple weeks and claim they tried incessantly to contact me though no contact was ever made. Claim there is nothing they can do. The worst business practice I have ever experienced. If I had actual records, I would take them to court for the hippa violations alone. She carries on the tradition her father set long ago--the best medical care for women in Kansas City.

The staff and professionals at the Center for Women's Health are wonderful. Natalie Wellington, NP is the BEST!! Caring and compassionate while being very straight forward about care. I'm confident in recommending their services to all the ladies out there.

When I arrived for my annual exam, I waited over an hour and 45 minutes before going to the front desk and letting them know that I would have to reschedule since I needed to get back to work. The lady at the front informed me they were running behind. Wish they would have told me that when I got there. In any event, I rescheduled for a morning appointment thinking I would beat the delay. I sat in the exam room for 2 hours before getting dressed and leaving again.....no exam. HORRIBLE!

A bunch of con artist who scam poor women out of there money. Scum of the earth!!!!

They were very good to me the first time i was there. Didbt make me feel like a horrible person or uncomfortable. They treated me like i was the highest priority and i greatly appreciate that.

I absolutely love the staff at this place! I've been a patient for years...over a decade. They've delivered my baby, takes real good care of me before, during, and after my delivery. I would recommend them to anyone who's on need of a good doctor. Dr. Hodes, NP O'Donell, & Dr. Nauser are all excellent!

I Love everyone in the office! Delivered me and currently seeing them for my second delivery couldn't ask for a better doctor's office they are friendly Cindy in the front ,Patty, Nauser, Hodes, and Colleen are wonderful .

I can not even begin to write enough goodness to describe this office and every single one of the employees i came into contact with. Amazing!!! They were so helpful and friendly from my very first phone call to them through my entire appointment and all billion of the questions i bothered them with in between. I wish i would have found them years ago. I will be making the 45 min drive for ever appointment i will ever need again... They were just supurb in every way possible! Thank you do much ladies!!
