Rude Dismissive. He asked questions only to put his hand up interrupting me while I attempted to quickly answer. Roughly turned my head without giving me the chance to do so on my own.

I had an appointment with Dr. Flores 5/29/19 and it was not good. I thought I had nasal polys and was very scared because of the sores in my nose. He took my history, put tubes in my nose, told me I didn't have polys, gave me a prescription antibiotic cream and told me to come back in a month and walked out. I was not able to ask any questions and was charged $547.01. $110.00 was a facility charge (to sit in the waiting room) and $252.00 for the treatment or observation room (to sit in his office). I was furious. I sent a letter and filed a grievance but they reviewed it and said I did get $547.00 worth of medical care, but I didn't. Also, I followed up with my doctor and she said that I had a hole in my septum, which Dr. Flores did not disclose to me. Be careful when choosing the Cleveland Clinic for anything. I would ask what they charge to sit in the waiting room and sit in the doctors office. I did not get $547.00 worth of medical care. My appointment was at 3:30 and I was still in the waiting room at 4:30. They finally called me back and left me in the room for another 30 minutes before anyone came in. When he finally came in he rushed and didn't care to listen. He treated me like a product on an assembly line. Worst ENT/ Cleveland Clinic visit EVER. Don't waste your time! I have been suffering from Sinus issues for over 2 months and my primary doctor referred me to ENT after he could not figure out a successful treatment. I was ecstatic to get an appt 4 days later with ENT which was with Dr. Flores. I had a 9 am appt and the doctor was late that day and ended up being an hour later. I understand things happen so I let it go. I started to have same symptoms I had been having after getting off steroids 3 other times the past 2 months so I called Office at 8 am on Dec 21st to have him call me. I was told he was in surgery all day but they would send message. Nurse called back and said she sent him the message at 8:30. I called back at 4 pm after not hearing back and they said he had not responded yet. I then called back next day on Dec 22nd at 9:15 and advised Dr. Flores never calked back yet. I was told he got in late, AGAIN, and they would send another message. At 12:15 I still had not heard from Dr. Flores and called once again. The nurse said should hand Dr. Flores a note once he was out of with his current patient. Finally at 12:40, Dr. Flores called me back and was less than understanding when I asked why it took over a day and a half (and 4 calls to his office) to call me back. He said he was in sugery all day and didn't get home till 9 pm. I understand that, but why I was enraged about an urgent message from a patient sent the day before was not responded I must say he did not seem apologetic or understanding of my health concerns. I am cancelling my follow up with him and am working on finding a different ENT Doctor at The Cleveland Clinic who will show me the respect and patient care I deserve! He is Unprofessional and seems to not put patient care as a priority, I hope this is not how he treats other patients but he won't have another chance to let me down again!!! Dr. Flores is great. He was efficient, with no pain. He knew exactly what needed to be done. This was a great experience I would highly recommend using Dr Flores, in fact I just referred a friend today. Jim Doyle ( patient on 9/1/16 )

Very dismissive. He made up information in his office note that he did not even check, and recorded the information he did get incorrectly. Tried to dismiss my current symptoms as a chronic probably that is 100% not the current issue. I picked him to see because he had good reviews, which said he "listened". He did not, at. all. listen to me. His office note makes that very evident.
