I had a root canal $1700 and insurance covered all but $17... instead of writing it off sent me a bill... geez...plus there are much cheaper alternatives for this work. Referred by my dentist... I should have known better.... Try the dentist at Solarex Ct was $500 less for RC.... They got the last blood outta this rock....

Great experience - I very much recommend this office. Dr Yoon was very patient and kind.

Dr. Patel was excellent. I was very happy to see how professional and transparent he and the rest of the staff were. I let them know I have a little bit of anxiety and therefore got a little nervous. They always made sure I knew what was being done, and they constantly checked on how I was doing.

I had a great experience! I have bad anxiety at the dentist and they took their time with me, explained everything, and I had very little anxiety. Dr. Yoon was excellent! Thanks for the great care!

Dr Yoon did a root canal on my son yesterday. He had no pain or problem during and after procedure. No need for pain Medication after procedure. His office and staff were superb and clean . I recommend him to anyone

Dr. Yoon performed my first root canal yesterday morning. I have some pretty strong anxiety about going to any type of dentist, not other doctors for whatever reason, just dentists, but Dr. Yoon and his staff were great with a big baby like me. Was completely numb, felt no pain throughout the process, and only needed to take Advil one time when I got home. If you have anxiety about getting a root canal I'd definitely recommend this doctor. Did not feel a single thing during my root canal. Very very minimal discomfort in the 48 hours to follow. Staff was wonderful and made me feel at ease.

Ok, the need for a 2nd root canal pretty much blows, so I was already prepping for the the worst again (painful injections, 2-3 days of being sore around the tooth and with the jaw in general). I am not a fan in any way shape or form of going to the dentist. Excel will change your opinion. Starting off with the experience on the phone and with front desk once you arrive. They are an extremely caring and courteous staff. It continues to get even better with the very friendly and highly skilled Dr. Patel and assistant HIlary. Heck even the checkout at the end with Melissa was a good experience. Obviously I would prefer not to have to do this again, but if I do I am 100% going back to Excel Dental Specialties, no question. I woke up the next morning with zero pain or soreness. Incredible ! Fantastic office! The staff was extremely accommodating and understanding. My daughter needed an emergency root canal done. Not only were they able to fit her in sooner they were extremely professional knowing her health conditions. I appreciate the fantastic work done and highly recommend.

I have had several root canals performed by other endodontists but Dr. Yoon surpassed my expectations compared to my previous experiences. Dr. Yoon helped me to feel comfortable and he was gentle and attentive. The staff is very friendly and followed-up with me the next day. I would highly recommend Dr. Yoon for root canals.

Dr. Yoon took time to talk to me, make sure I understood the procedure and my options. The procedure was pain free, and afterwards I experienced only mild discomfort. The office is exceptionally clean, and has a vibe that says, "you are going to be fine, and the folks here are going to take care of you." Going to the dentist is never fun, let alone having a root canal! Dr. Yoon was simply amazing, as was the entire staff. From start to finish, he was attentive and made sure that there was absolutely no pain and I was comfortable. I would highly recommend him for any dental needs!

I visited Dr. Yoon for an endodontic procedure. Based on conversation with my colleagues I thought this will be a painful procedure. However, I did not feel any pain or discomfort afterwards. Dr. Yoon's staff is caring and courteous!

Dr. Yoon and his ENTIRE staff were outstanding in every imaginable way both professionally and personally. The entire experience both times I have been have been fantastic. They were extremely attentive, professional and thorough as well as very warm and personable. Dr. Yoon is very down to earth, patient, and exceptional at both providing detailed understanding of the situation and choices, as well as providing care.
