I can't say enough nice things about Dr. King. She is caring, personable, responsive and knowledgeable. She replies to portal messages promptly. She spends time with her patients. I have been a patient of hers for many years and followed her from Akron, to Uniontown and now drive 30 miles to her office in Wooster. She is a great person and a great endo.

She is a very nice doctor. . She didnt rush me. Explained everything in great detail. She took her time with me didnt rush me..

Dr King is one of the best Diabetes management doctors around! My diabetes Type I was so bad when I first started seeing her, & with work on both sides I now have It under control. She literally saved my life, & genuinely cares about her patients. I have been seeing her now for 20+ years, & will continue to travel as far as I have to for her expertise. She is very thorough with all endocrinology related issues. You have to listen to what she has told you to do, & put in the work because obviously she cannot be by your side everyday, but it will pay big dividends in the end for a more manageable, long, and healthy life. Love Dr. King! Understanding and works with you - just a shame she no longer is in practice

I saw Dr. King about 25 years ago and loved her. I just saw her again and was equally satisfied!

I’ve been a patient of Dr. King for several years. She’s helped me manage my diabetes with successful treatment.

If I could give her 100 stars I would! Dr. King sat with me explaining my issues for 45 minutes. Didn't try and rush me out for her next patient. She made me feel important and made me feel so much better about the problems I have been encountering. We need more physicians like her around! Highly, highly recommended!

I cannot say anything bad about Dr King. She listens, explains, and lays it on the line. Because of her, my diabetes is now controlled, my thyroid is much better. She is a great dr when it comes to diabetes and the insulin pump. We love her.

Dr. King is the most caring and compassionate doctor to whom I've had the pleasure to be a patient. She actually listens to the patient which is a fairly rare occurrence these days in healthcare. The only issue is the at she connected with Cleveland Clinic, who have been horrible. I'm so glad that she has left their group and moved elsewhere. Cleveland Clinic is the worst.

takes 14 calls from a patient and 10 requests from the pharmacy to fill a script, then only calls in ONE VIAL OF INSULIN WITH NO REFILLS, to last until the next available appointment 3 MONTHS AWAY. I have been going to Dr. King for over 20 years! I almost hate sharing this because I just want to have her all to myself! She is of the highest expertise and is always up-to-date on what is new in the field. She tells you like it is. She makes you answer her questions and provides answers to your questions too. She explains things on your level. She is motivational and encouraging. She gets to know you. She is personable. She spends the time needed with you that you need. Her staff is excellent and friendly as well. Can't say enough about her. I just wish that I could carry her around with me 24/7 as she is so motivational, supporting and encouraging to me.

Her office is one of the worst around. They lie and say they send a letter about a change in appointment. Never received a letter. They never call back either. Horrible service. Actually the service has been nonexistent. You are a number and not an individual. As for Dr. King she has changed over the years and has become laxed. Not trusting of judgment either. There are better offices that provide more personal care.

Dr toni king is very kind, she’s an awesome doctor that truly cares. I have been a patient of hers for about 13 years and she is the best doctor that i could have ever hoped for. Her bedside manner is absolutely outstanding. I rate her as the best doctor that i have ever had. She has alot of heart as well as over and above knowledge for diabetic issues and is so compassionate, and listens. Truly an outstanding doctor/ person. I’m glad that i have her on my side, she’s truly exeptional.

I am baffled as to why anyone would not rate this doctor and this office as anything less than 5 stars. I have been a patient of Dr. King for more than 10 years. Over this substantial length of time, I have found my office visits, from arrival to departure, to have been conducted in a courteous professional manner. Any missteps during my office visits were caused by unexpected conditions, such as, emergencies, personnel shortage, late appointment arrivals, unexpected demands from patients, and situations beyond anyone's control. Be prepared for your daily encounters by understanding you are not as important as you may believe. Fit in, be less presumptive, be polite, be on time, be a well mannered customer. Ask yourself, would I like the way I act, if the tables were turned? Actually, I wish I could give the hard working people in this practice a SIX STAR rating! Not to be trusted. King assured me that if I had I131 radiation treatment, that I would receive replacement hormone to where my levels were upper optimal.... She lied. First I was told therapy didn't take, to take antithyroid hormone. 8 weeks later she told me good news, I'm normal, but after asking lab values, hypothyroidism. She refused to treat and symptomatic after she promised. Professionals aren't suppose to lie to patients, we have rights to decide Care for bodies and medical.

Scheduling at this office is a joke. I had to cancel an appointment in May because I broke my femur and was in the hospital for 5 days. To reschedule they couldn't give me an appointment until October. They were supposed to put me on a cancellation list. I just called and Dominique said there was an appointment available for this Friday, but she already filled it. This is ridiculous. I'm done with this doctor. the next available appointment was December. Cleveland clinic is the worst!

Dr. King and her staff are the best at what they do. The time they give and care is outstanding. I have changed other doctors but I haven't seen another diabetic specialist. She is the best.

Dr. King came highly recommended. I was referred to her in November 2016 scheduling a pre-appointment with her CNP for late January 2017. My new patient paperwork was to follow by email the next week. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM. After several phone calls and not getting any results, I finally asked them to mail out the forms on January 9th. I AM STILL WAITING FOR THEM. Bad management and a bad first impression means lost business for what I understand is an excellent doctor.

Toni King is a top-notch physician. Unfortunately she's hitched her wagon to a lame horse. After two weeks of voice mails (nobody answers the phone) simply trying to re-fill scrips, we've given up. Our PCP will be handling these scripts until we find a new endo. To be clear. We have Cadillac insurance and pay all our bills. Failure to provide minimal customer service is a sure sign of business mismanagement. Mismanaged business is unacceptable when someones health is concerned.

I felt very comfortable and relaxed with Dr. King. She was very timely,and she made sure I did not have any questions left unanswered. I will definitely be going back!
