We love this Dr. Roes THE BEST FOOT AND ANKLE SPECIALIST IN NEW MEXICO. HE HAS TREATED ME AND MY SON AS WELL. AND I BROUGHT HIM ALMOST THE REST OF FAMILY. I WILL KEEP ON REFFERING HIM TO ANY ONE. BE BLESSED. THANK YOU DOCTOR.

Dr. Roe Competed foot surgery on me twice. He is very caring and does excellent work. His staff is quite excellent also

Dr. Roe performed a bunion-ectomy and hammertoe correction on me less than a week ago. He was professional, personable, and took the time to thoroughly explain why he was recommending the surgery and what the pros and cons were if I elected to have the surgery. He and his office nurses and staff have been great to work with and I am extremely pleased with the patient care that has been afforded to me.

Dr. Tommy Roe saved my life in Jan of this year , I went into his clinic as a new patient went very serve pain in my right toe. He kindly explained to me what I was dealing with not in medical terms but terms I could understand. I'm still under his care. Docotors and nurses at different hospitals I've had to go to for the surgreys ive had under his care has told me Dr.Tommy Roe is the best docotor for posterity care his staff is also the best I've ever had. Dr. Roe and his staff are the best. I had surgery on both of my feet last year and I couldn’t be happier. His staff is very friendly and were always helpful with scheduling appointments before and after my surgery and with questions I had. From the first few moments I met Dr. Roe, I knew he was going to be a wonderful surgeon. He explained my condition clearly, professionally, and carefully, all while maintaining a kind and approachable demeanor. His surgery scheduler frequently went above and beyond with ensuring all was ready for the procedure, always returning phone calls with a pleasant attitude and patiently helping me navigate each step. On surgery day, Dr. Roe paid me a visit pre-op to introduce himself to my family and to calm my nerves. Post-op, I had one minor issue with my splint being re-bandaged too tightly, and I was seen immediately the next day to have it corrected. His front desk staff and nurses have been equally wonderful, always quick to answer questions/return calls and help me through all aspects of my recovery—I genuinely look forward to my post-op visits. Went to dr for foot pain. He didn't do anything for my pain. Instead he said for me to get a pair of shoes that my insurance would pay for. He said the insurance would pay for a pair of shoes once a year. Lady ordered shoes a size bigger than i normally wear. They were too big she said take them home and try them a hour a day and see how they feel. They never felt good. When i recieved a bill for $250. I called and told them i did not want them. They said someone would call me back. They never did. I recieved another bill and called agian. They told me they were working on my case that someone would call me back. She calls and is rude and said the dr never told me it would be a free pair of shoes. Well if he says the insurance will pay for a pair of shoes once a year. Does that not sound like a free pair of shoes. They charged a total of $648.00 for the shoes that i can get online for $111.00 My review is becareful because they will screw you over.. Dr.Roe was my podiatrist for 6 years. I stayed for so long because I believed in my doctor. Toward the end of our doctor/patient relationship my opinion of Dr. Roe drastically changed and was confirmed by not only a another former patient of his, but by a former employee of his. I feel like Dr. Roe was cut happy. From small stuff to amputations. I suffered for months from what started out as a blood blister to a full on ulcer. Under his care, it never improved. Our last encounter I was told that I needed to go to surgery ( he loves his surgeries) and that he would put stitches on. I hesitated and he went on to entice me ( or so it seemed) saying that I would be given pain meds to be made comfortable. I never went back. I got a new doctor and .he was able to heal my ulcer in 4 wks as opposed to 2-3 months. I was ready to bling out my black medical boot Dr.Roe gave me because I wore it forever. There's more but I just want to cover the basics. Oh, and he doesn't believe in medicine on the wound, medicine that could help. He seems to create worse problems and he likes to shame you and make you feel bad for your issues. Who needs that? Dr.Roe was my podiatrist for 6 years. I had a wonderful experience here. I had a traumatic foot injury and went in feeling quite hopeless about it. I was treated with the utmost respect and they made the whole process feel easy and understandable. They were not only thorough with explaining my situation to me, but also offered genuine emotional support through the process and made me feel more in control of the situation. Dr. Rowe and his nurse were amazing today. I waited maybe 2 minutes and received excellent care. I called in on Friday afternoon and was scheduled for Monday. I didn't have to wait for weeks. Thank God. I followed Dr. Rowe from Los Lunas to Albuquerque due to the care received in his office. He has always shown compassion with every foot problem I have had from surgery to plantar fasciitis. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking foot care. Have been seeing Dr Roe for over 3 years now. He is great! He explains ever step of procedure and helps calm my anxiety. Love the new office ???? staff always great and works to accommodate my crazy schedule. Thanks you Dr Roe I appreciate the great care you offer!

I was referred to Dr Roe by my primary at Presbyterian Hospital. It was and has been the absolute best referral i have ever had. Dr. Roe has taken care of two issues for me and they have both been great. I have had foot issues all my life, never have i been taken care of as i have been by him. The best thing that Presbyterian did was refer me to him. If every doctor could be half as good and professional as he has been, we'd all be in greater health. Dr. Roe has been fabulous even though he inherited a mess from another podiatrist. Patient welfare and communication are always at forefront of his care.

Dr. Roe performed surgery on a tendon in my foot. He is a wonderful surgeon and I recovered quickly. the pre surgery and post surgery care were outstanding. He is very kind, patient and Ihighly recommend him to others. Joyce Stone

I think Dr. Roe is a good Dr. I quit going to Dr. Roe because of the office manager. She is not friendly and very unprofessional. Furthermore, there always seems to be a balance due each time I go, because the office staff does not know how much to collect on co-pays.

I was referred to this office bc I have something I was told was called acute ankle sprains and the urgent care couldn't help me any further...however I went in paid my 40.00 co-pay and left being insulted and not being helped. I can barely walk and nothing was done but insult my weight and my wardrobe....so unprofessional..I don't think it's right to pay to see the Dr. but leave with no help what so ever I can't walk and I have to work and can't work I'm so upset....4 days later I call back and ask for a brace and I can get one as long as I pay a minimum of 75.00....DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Dirty, cheap facilities, unprofessional staff, VERY expensive, dr. practices ageism ("at your age what do expect"). After two ineffective visits fired him! Sought advice of another podiatrist who had me up and running, with a completely different diagnosis, within weeks.

Dr. Roe is an excellent podiatrist. Friendly, professional and personable. Unfortunately I will not return to that office due to the woman at the front desk. I've been in a couple different times, she has been rude every single time. Today was no exception. She argued with me about what my insurance benefits were even though I've had the same insurance for years and am well aware of what I do and don't pay. When I called her later to let her know she was incorrect (as I insisted) in DEMANDING a co-payment and let her how unfortunate it is she treats Dr. Roe's customers so rudely (I had been warned by other patients I spoke to as well as read other online reviews) she hung up on me after trying to provide me a name of someone from my own insurance company, after I had just spoken to them. A quick apology and offering to fix the problem is what should've taken place. There is a standard minimum amount of customer service people must be provided, she is below that minimum. My son is severely autistic. The staff ALWAYS takes the extra time and effort to make sure his needs are met and that he is comfortable. Many other local medical facilities has not been half as kind and understanding. We absolutely love the women at front desk for their dedication and always greeting us with a smile and kind word. Dr Roe is very understanding and has earned my gratitude. Not only did he fix our issues but we plan to return again for other family members as needed. My son is severely autistic. We love Dr. Roe. He was very thorough in explaining the process I was to experience and explained the procedure step by step as he performed the surgery. Dr. Roe is professional, courteous, has a great sense of humor and is no doubt in love with his family.. The receptionist is perky and efficient. Her personality and smile resonate as we entered the office. She was most helpful in explaining the payment process as well as the need for future appointments.

My name is Anna Roth from Pie Town & I highly recommend Tommy he is the BEST of BEST Podiatrist I have ever been to. He & all of his staff treat you like family & when you walk in his office you automatically feel very cozy, warm & helpful in every way. The first time I ever went to him I felt so comfortable I call him Tommy, so I apoligized to him & he's such a loving, kind down to earth gentlemen that he told me that's my name right. I would highly recommend him to any one which I have.

Sought council of another podiatrist who had me up & running in weeks, with a completely different diagnosis. If you are not thin, young and white, do not go to this practice. Read google reviews that give one star (all women incidentally). He professes to be a sports dr. the rest of us are incidental to him apparently!

Dr. Roe is excellent podiatrist. His office manager is a very unhappy woman however, you have been warned.

AS i WAS GOING INTO SURGERY FOR A BUNIONECTOMY,DR.ROE SAID "AND I WILL SHORTEN THIS TOE NEXT TO YOUR BIG TOE"...........it had never bothered me. Not only is it ridiculous to have it so short....I HAVE NEVER BEEN OUT OF PAIN TO THIS DAY,

Dr. Roe is a very thorough doctor. He is always professional as well as personable. I highly recommend him if your looking for a good podiatrist. He knows his profession well.

I had him take care of my ingrown toenail and he did it with ease. He was nice and caring and I strongly recommend him to others!
